Key Account Executive, Commercial & Sales
Primary Duties And Responsibilities
- Expanding and maintaining client pipeline.
- Maintaining customer database by inputting customer profile and updates. Updates managers by consolidating, analyzing, and forwarding daily action summaries. Analytical and reporting skill
- Acting as the bridge between external (clients) and internal (operation, finance, etc).
- Regularly visit existing accounts validating our service levels and develop new revenue streams
- Follow up on customer communications in a timely and professional manner
- Perform other job related duties as and when requested by superior.
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor Degree (S1) from reputable university, major in Korean, China, or Japanese Language (Level 4 for the language proficiency)
- Good command of English both oral and written
- Resourceful and result/customer-oriented and target oriented
- Good practical working knowledge of MS Office systems (especially MS Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, planning and negotiation skills
- Determined, energetic and self-motivated
