What We’re Looking for in a

WordPress Support Engineer
We’re looking for someone who loves rolling up their sleeves and solving customer problems with WordPress. Many client customers are trying to figure out how to make a WordPress theme or plugin function properly, and we want to help these customers as quickly and as effectively as possible. Here’s what we’re looking for more specifically:
  • 2+ years WordPress development experience
  • 2+ years experience building responsive websites
  • Excellent conversational English
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • An ability to solve problems
  • An ability to follow and interpret processes
  • An ability to improve personal processes based on feedback
  • An ability to work independently in a work from home environment
  • A strong willingness to improve and get better
  • A strong willingness to help others
  • A strong willingness to go above and beyond
Customer Support Agent
We want someone who will hit the ground running, working across multiple clients. This means we’re looking for someone who can quickly understand new companies, products and processes across a range of business types. We want someone with excellent communication skills, an ability to solve problems, and someone who’s willing to learn and take feedback to become an excellent team member and leader. More specifically, we’re looking for:
