Call Center Representative (Subject code : CCR-UBL)
Report directly to Customer Service Supervisor. This position is responsible to handle incoming calls, customer’s inquiry and complaint, as well as assist to fill customer needs and to maintain our service excellence.
- Minimum Diploma 3 degree with a minimum of 1 years experience in related field especially service industry
- Pleasant personality, excellent communication skills, having export import knowledge would be an advantage
- Good verbal and written English skills and familiarity in using Ms. Office
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
