Exploration at the Tujuh Bukit has delineated a world class gold project; with an expected mine life of approximately 10 years. The initial phase of the project involves open pit mining and processing of the gold/silver rich oxide cap. At this time, we are commencing the construction on this project and aiming our first production at the end of 2016.

Currently, we are hiring mining professionals to fill the following positions within a growing organization.

Successful candidates will be required to work on attractive Fly-in, Fly-out (FIFO) roster. Living conditions on site are located in idyllic surroundings along the south eastern coast of Java.

1. SENIOR METALLURGIST

This position will report to ADR Manager, responsibilities will include:
1. Assist, mentoring and supervision of the Metallurgy and Laboratory area.
2. Develop Operating procedures for the Metallurgy and Laboratory area.
3. Provide commissioning expertise for the Metallurgy section and associated areas.
4. Provide operational oversight and management for the Metallurgy and Laboratory area.
5. Monitor usage of consumables to ensure effective stock levels are maintained.
6. Liaise with ADR Manager to prepare annual budgets and rolling forecasts for ADR department.
7. Managing the metallurgy laboratory for test work and projects for continuous improvement ADR optimization.
8. Metallurgical accounting and reconciliation from Heap Leach and ADR to Gold produced.
9. Developing, maintaining, modifying and improving the metallurgical strategies for Heap Leach and ADR.
10. Resolving short to medium term metallurgical issues associated with the operating ADR, identifying and implementing continuous improvement projects.
11. Setting, monitoring and reporting on short term metallurgical parameters and control strategies, including setting addition rates, and controlling and monitoring usage of ADR consumables.
12. Managing the development of budget/forecasting physical and cost models to accurately predict production and operating costs and setting up a system to measure performance against the models.
13. Reviewing and improving standards and safe operating procedures for all metallurgical tasks (both met lab and field works).
14. Assist to develop Operating procedures for the ADR area.
15. Provide commissioning assistance for the ADR operation and associated areas.
16. Monitor usage of consumables to minimize wastage and maximize recovery.

Requirements:
1. Degree in Metallurgy or Chemical Engineering viewed favorably.
2. Minimum 8 years’ experience in metallurgy rule.
3. Heap Leach experience highly regarded.
4. Good problem solving skills.
5. Experience with start-up and commissioning.
6. Demonstrated participation in workforce training.
7. Microsoft Office Suite.

3. ADSORPTION DESORPTION RECOVERY (ADR) SUPERINTENDENT

This position will report to ADR Manager, responsibilities will include:
1. Demonstrate leadership and motivation to ADR shift crew and others.
2. Organize and direct a shift crew of ADR Operators.
3. Report shift activities and deviations from agreed targets.
4. Assist to develop Operating Procedures for the ADR area.
5. Provide commissioning assistance for the ADR section and associated areas.
6. Liaise with maintenance activities to ensure work is completed in a timely manner.
7. Assist other activities in the Process Department wherever possible.
8. Monitor usage of consumables to minimize wastage and maximize recovery.

Requirements:
1. SMA diploma or higher.
2. Minimum 8 years’ experience in ADR operation with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
3. Heap Leach experience highly regarded.
4. Good problem solving skills.
5. Experience with start-up and commissioning.
6. Demonstrated participation in workforce training.
7. Experience with SCADA for process control.
8. Mechanical aptitude.
9. Report writing and data recording.

4. ADR SHIFT SUPERVISOR

This position will report to ADR Superintendent, responsibilities will include:
1. Supervision of a shift team who is responsible for the operation of the ADR and associated facilities.
2. Supervision of Gold Room operators.
3. Inspect primary production and auxiliary equipment regularly for maintenance integrity.
4. Inspect each operating area for housekeeping requirements and direct operating personnel to maintain housekeeping standards.
5. Review operating reports / log sheets throughout regular scheduled shifts and take corrective action to maintain operating parameters.
6. Ensure adherence to operating parameters and make decisions on operating conditions/parameters and take necessary corrective action to minimize operating variations.
7. Schedule and deploy personnel, equipment and supplies necessary for the successful operation of the ADR.
8. Prepare shift production and operating reports, complete work requests, prepare purchase/warehouse requisitions and prepare employee time and attendance reports. Complete reports accurately detailing production variances, restrictions, hazards, corrective actions.
9. Conduct Shift handover meetings.
10. Work with the metallurgical team and laboratory to ensure the optimum metallurgical performance of the process plant.
11. Work with the maintenance team to achieve efficient plant equipment performance and availability.
12. Coordinate maintenance requirements of the ADR outside of business hours to maintain production requirements and targets.
13. Coordinate production shutdowns and start-ups to minimize delays.
14. Assist operators with troubleshooting equipment defects / malfunctions.
15. Actively participate in continuous improvement programs which will assist in enhancing the performance of ADR operation.
16. Coordinate and execute smaller projects in the ADR area by following the change management procedure.
17. Develop Operating procedures for the ADR area.
18. Security and dispatch gold bars shipment.

Requirements:
1. SMA diploma or higher.
.Minimum 8 years’ experience in carbon adsorption, AARL elution and gold room commissioning and operation with at least 5 years in a senior supervisory role.
3. Strong problem solving skills.

5. ADR GOLD ROOM OPERATOR

This position will report to ADR Superintendent, responsibilities will include:
1. Daily gold room operational duties to meet performance targets.
2. Provide support to ADR personnel.
3. Security and dispatch of gold bars shipment.
4. Reporting and recording all activities.
5. Execute planned work in conjunction with supervisor.
6. Liaise with metallurgist regarding sampling procedure, reagent dosing and fill the log sheet.
7. Monitoring and checking the gold room area through physical inspection and control room operation.
8. Liaise with other ADR & operations, electrical and maintenance personnel to achieve production goals.

Requirements:
1. SMA diploma or higher.
2. Minimum 1 years’ experience in carbon adsorption, AARL elution and gold room commissioning and operation.
3. Strong background in troubleshooting and optimization of complex elution/gold room circuits.
4. Strong problem solving skills.
5. Heap Leach experience highly regarded.
6. Experience with start-up and commissioning.
7. Demonstrated success with workforce training.
8. Demonstrated capability for continuous development improvement.
9. Microsoft Office Suite.
10. Experience with SCADA for process control.

6. HEAP LEACH SUPERINTENDENT

This position will report to Heap Leach Manager, responsibilities will include:
1. Assist with recruitment, mentoring and supervision of the Heap Leach function.
2. Guide development of Operating procedures for the Heap Leach area.
3. Provide commissioning expertise for the Heap Leach and associated areas.
4. Provide operational oversight and supervision for the Heap Leach area.
5. Liaise with maintenance activities to ensure maximum availability of Heap Leach equipment.
6. Assist other activities at the Tujuh Bukit Gold Project wherever possible.
7. Monitor usage of consumables to ensure effective stock levels are maintained.
8. Provide input for preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts for Heap Leach at Tujuh Bukit.
9. Deputize for the Heap Leach Manager during their absence.
10. Control of Agglomerate contract requirements.

Requirements:
1. Degree in Metallurgy or Chemical Engineering viewed favorably.
2. Minimum 15 years’ experience in crushing, screening and agglomeration commissioning and operation with at least 8 years in gold processing and in a senior supervisory role.
3. Heap leach construction experience viewed favorably.
4. Strong problem solving skills.
5. Experience with start-up and commissioning.
6. Demonstrated success with workforce training.
7. Familiarity with Pronto viewed favorably.
8. Computer literates: Microsoft Office Suite, experience with SCADA for process control.
9. Proven orientation to results with ability to maintain focus on key areas.
10. Honesty, integrity and an open approach to interpersonal relations at work.
11. Strong written and oral communication skills.
