We are seeking for a dynamic, qualified and professional candidate to take apart in our innovation and growth plan in the following position:
Project Manager (a)
Project manager manages the interface with all key stakeholders during the project. He/she plans, directs and coordinates the activities of designated projects to ensure that project objectives are accomplished within the agreed schedule and budget, using approved KONE methodologies and tools.
Site Manager / Installation Supervisor (b)
Installation supervisor’s role is to manage and control projects from sales/installation hand-over to completion at handover to client and Maintenance. Supervisor is in charge of leading and managing the installation team to ensure safe, high quality, complete-on-time delivery of KONE solutions within budget. He/she acts as the KONE interface to customer and other stakeholders throughout the Fulfil process. In addition to this supervisor is expected to support the sales team in pre-tender and tender activities as requested.
Project Engineer (c)
Manage project activities include, planning, executing, controlling, correcting and completion; assist the Project Manager in creating selected technical concepts and solutions, design proposals and specification, develop concept or prototype and finalizing the design Execute and follow-through the project schedules according to the R & D process / milestone review; Collaborate action and follow up between owners and stakeholder.
Testing & Commissioning Engineer (d)
Ensure the safety of the lift and electrical safety for public and all parties involves in the installation, commissioning, and testing activities; Liaise with relevant site personnel to ascertain state of lift; Commission the lift in accordance with the agreed specification parameters; Conduct test of the lift in accordance with the relevant test document and standard interpretation, lift directive and/or design with essential health & safety requirements compliance; Take measurements and complete the necessary documentation; Record any abnormalities for corrective action or inclusion; Carry out final inspection and sign the final inspection document.
Maintenance Supervisor (e)
Maintenance supervisor’s role is to plan, manage and control the field service operations in his area, according to the sen/ice contract requirements, the company policies and the KONE processes. He is the first point of contact for his technicians. He is also the first point of contact for all technical or operational issues raised by any customer whose equipment's he has been assigned.
Sales Executive (f)
Salesperson’s role is to proactively manage customer relationships, manage opportunities from current and new customers and close deals professionally in a way that maximizes KONE’s order book and profitability.
- Major in Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical for position a, b, c, d; e and any major for position (f)
- Minimum experience 3 years; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Prior experience in elevator /escalator industry is preferred
- English communication skill is a must (f) preferable for (a ,b ,c, d; e)
- Computer literate (a ,b, c ,f)
