The offices of Wärtsilä in Indonesia are located in Jababeka Industrial Estate, Cikarang and in Graha Surya Internusa Building, Central Jakarta.

Wärtsilä in Indonesia has 180 professional employees serving customers in both the Power Plant and Marine sectors throughout Indonesia. The service workshop located in Cikarang provides highly professional services for gas and diesel engines such as overhauling, repairing and component reconditioning of the Wärtsilä engine portfolio as well as propulsion services.

To date total sold engines' power output is more than 2300 MW which are installed in the distributed power generation industry and maritime vessels in Indonesia. In addition to spare part supply and field service, Wärtsilä also provides long-term agreements for operating and maintaining customers’ engines. At present O&M Plants Management offices are located in Pontianak West Kalimantan, Pomalaa Sulawesi and Tangerang Banten. 1). ACCOUNT MANAGER
(code: AM)

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Achieving his/her own yearly budget on Sales, Margin and AR.
• Making a good relationship with customers’ key people, especially the decision makers.
• Update customer installation, evaluate for business potentials and make a plan to sell SOLUTIONS to customers.
• Understand the market trend, competitions, industry development, etc. and put into CRM.
• Collecting key customers feedback by planning, implement and make follow up action for CROL timely.
• Developing his/her own selling capabilities by having clear understanding of customer business, customer organization, and customer need for our solutions.
• Timely making comprehensive customer up date, visit plan and reports in CRM and GM Service Sales.
• Collect the overdue AR.
• Coordination and communication with internal functions.
• Identify and develop prospects.
• Develop and maintain Customer Satisfaction.
• Monitor the entire sales process and ensure accurate invoicing and timely payments.
• Collect and communicate market intelligence and competitor information.
• Identify, report and manage potential risks detected in the assigned projects.
• To perform QEHS procedure within area of responsibility.

Development Responsibilities:
• Make sure customer satisfaction by delivering services or products as what written in the contracts or PO.
• Using CRM as a sales diary.

Desired Skills:
• Sales, relation management, understanding of the parts/service business.

Education:
• University/Master Degree (Mechanical, Electrical, other technical or engineering disciplines)

Experience:
• 5 years experience in Account Management
• Experience gained in same or similar service business.

2). COUNTRY PURCHASING MANAGER
(code: SCM)

Responsibilities
• Act as matrix manager to Indirect Purchasing team members in Indonesia
• Set and follow up targets for the virtual team members
• Lead country strategy and action plan creation and align activities within the Indirect Purchasing team, closely together with stakeholders
• Lead sourcing and purchasing process in Indonesia, including supplier selection and validation for agreed components/services, agreement coverage, continuous benchmark of the supply market and long-term capacity management
• Create a governance model with key stakeholders and lead reporting and decision making accordingly
• Actively lead and support problem solving in escalated issues from stakeholders
• Ensure that objectives, targets and KPIs/PIs on Quality, Delivery Reliability, Cost and Lead-times are met
• Ensure appropriate service and support to all the stakeholders in Indonesia
• Head regular Indirect Purchasing Indonesia team meetings and ensure timely reporting
• Manage and develop local supplier base, relationships and negotiations in close cooperation with stakeholders
• Manage senior relations with Wärtsilä’s local key suppliers
• Manage the Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) – process implementation locally
• Manage and follow up implementation of strategic initiatives locally
• Drive and execute the sourcing process for direct materials (exclude WGLS) and indirect purchasing for the Company
• Secure agreement and price list coverage, supplier capacity and reliability, taking the cross-divisional aspect into account
• Gather and distribute best practices between the entities and ensure adequate communication between them
• Represent country organization in Indirect Purchasing global management forums
• Act as a contact person to the management to help promote Indirect Purchasing locally
• Ensure that Indirect Purchasing processes and targets are known and supported locally
• Head and manage the local logistics and warehousing team
• Understands and applies best credit management terms with suppliers
• Permanent invitee to the Country Management Team meetings

Desired Skills:
• Multiple years’ experience in all aspects in purchasing in international environment
• Excellent influencing and change management skills
• Excellent negotiating and presentation skills
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and in English
• Open mind-set

Education:
• M.Sc. in Engineering or Economics & Business Administration

Experience:
• Multiple years’ experience in all aspects in purchasing in international environment
• Excellent influencing and change management skills

3). RESOURCE PLANER AND COORDINATOR
(code: FSR)

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Plan & manage FS work activities. and act as HIPPO planning and coordinator
• Report and follow up on FS resources, FS Planning Board and FS Mobility
• Plan and execute competence development for FS Resources PSM (professional Skill Management).
• Work in accordance with business as well as Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety guidelines.
• Manage operative daily activities locally within assigned responsibility.
• Lead and coach personnel within own team.
• Implement assigned actions in order to meet the set targets.
• Cooperate with relevant internal stakeholders.

Development Responsibilities:
• To actively participate in the development of Field Service methods and service tools.
• To follow up safety instructions and environmental aspects.

• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia

4). SENIOR HR OFFICER
(code: SHR)

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for Resourcing, Recruitment & Staffing, including the administration
• Responsible for Employee Master Data, Artist & Employee Benefit
• Involve on any employee status changes related to the organization growth/change as part of staffing
• Monitoring external data information related to resourcing function, ie. employment trend, employee turnover, C&B trend, etc.
• Manage and responsible of HR activities for appointed 1 or 2 department with regular consultation to HR Process Specialist
• Working closely with various department, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies & procedures
• Promoting equality & diversity as part of the culture of organization
• Perform any other yearly/incidental projects related to HR matters

Development Responsibilities:
