PT Agincourt Resources is a subsidiary of G-Resources. G-Resources is a Hong Kong listed gold mines and explorer. G-Resources Group Limited (HKEx:1051) is an Asian gold company, based and listed in Hong Kong.

The Company’s main asset is the Martabe Gold and Silver Mine, located in North Sumatra, Indonesia. The mine is built to the relevant international codes and standards, including seismic criteria, environmental standards and engineering criteria. It has acquired the world-class Martabe gold-silver project in northern Sumatra, Indonesia. Already in development, Martabe is expected to commerce commissioning at the end of 2010 with first gold poured in early 2011. The plant is capable of producing at rate of 250,000 oz gold and 3M oz silver per annum.

Martabe Gold Project with a resources base of 6.5M oz gold and 3M oz silver per annum. Martabe with a resources base of 6.5M oz gold and 66M oz silver will form the core starter asset around which a globally competitive, Asian-Pacific focused gold company will be built. G-Resources seeks to rapidly grow production to more than one million ounces of gold annually through exploration of the large and highly prospective Martabe property and through acquisition of other quality gold assets.

To strengthen the existing team and to ensure the achievement of the company objectives, Martabe Gold Mine is looking for a top calibre candidate to fill in a role:

Sr. SUPERVISOR – REPORTING & COMPLIANCE
(CD 1705030)

This position will be based at Martabe site and reports directly to the Manager Community Development.

The role of the Sr. Supervisor Reporting & Compliance is to develop and manage any Reporting and Compliance requested, Database & Information System, Budget Control and maintaining Administration of General Affairs Division (Community Development, Community Relations and Security). This position also to provide regular Analysis and Internal Audit Report of divisional programs and budget achievement in order to achieve company’s standard and government regulation. This position is required to support of maintaining good relationship between company and local community surround its operation area, in order to obtain and maintain social license to operate.

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:
1. Bachelor Degree in Finance/Statistic/Administration/other science related with a minimum 5 years of experience working on budget control/monitoring & evaluation/company reporting/ record management system/ audit within mining company.
2. 5 years’ experience in similar work.
3. Holds GRI Certification.
4. Adequate Interpersonal & Public Communication skill.
5. Familiar with Community Programs and CSR.
6. Adequate publication/ design graphic skill (Photoshop/Corel Draw/Movie Maker).
7. Good Monitoring and Evaluation skill.
8. Good understanding on standard reporting system (ISO 26.000/Global Reporting Initiative/Government Regulations Compliance).
9. Proficient in MS Office.
10. Proficient in English skill.
11. Adequate Writing skill.

SUPERVISOR REPORTING & COMPLIANCE

This position will be based at Martabe site and reports directly to the Community Services Superintendent.

The role of the Reporting and Compliance Supervisor is to assist Department in managing reporting and any compliance requested for Community Development Department and Community Relations Department in order to achieve company’s standard and government regulation. This position also manage departmental records management system.

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:
1. Bachelor Degree preferably from English literature, Administration or Management science.
2. 5 years of experience in mining company or multinational company with similar job description.
3. Proficiency written and oral communication skills in English.
4. Excellent written reporting skill.
5. Good monitoring and evaluation skill.
6. Good knowledge in community development program and CSR.
7. Good knowledge on database/records management system.
8. Good knowledge on standard reporting system (Global Reporting Initiative/ Compliance to Government).
9. Good computer skills (graphic design skill is preferable).
10. Good understanding in analytical and conceptual skills.
11. Good understanding in leadership and influenial team building skills.
12. Able to maintain confidentiality of information.
