Business Analyst
Responsibilities

We are seeking a Business Analyst, reporting to the Corporate CEO and the Chief Business Development Officer. The aim of the business development team is to provide management with timely advise on business strategy, corporate strategy, and investor relations issues

Requirements
  • Male/Female, Maximum age 27 years old
  • Bachelor degree from Economic Major (Business, Accounting or Finance with GPA 3.25-3.5/4.00 from Universitas Indonesia, Institut Teknologi Bandung, Universitas Pelita Harapan and Universitas Paramadina.
  • Strong knowledge in the workings of business.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong research and presentation skills
  • Competency in using excel and powerpoint.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Previous experience as teaching faculty or research assistant in the Business or Economy faculties.
  • Knowledge of statistics and/or econometrics is a bonus advantage (comfort in using Stata).
Data Analyst
Responsibilities

The Data Analyst will report to the Data Science Manager, the Chief Data Scientist, and the Chief Technology Officer. He/she will collaborate with members of other teams (the development team and the business development team) to achieve the team's objectives. The role will involve econometrics/statistical modeling, and predictive machine learning.

Requirements
  • Male/Female, Maximum age 27 years old
  • Educated to Degree level in a relevant subject (Maths, Statistics, Computing Science, Physics, Economics or similar), with GPA 3.25 - 3.5/4.00 from Universitas Indonesia, Institute Teknologi Bandung and Institute Pertanian Bogor
  • The ideal candidate will be able to predict future business that driven by data. Familiar with the game of OTA business and be able to collaborate successfully in multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Strong in math and statistics.
  • Background in Python programming language is a must (if not, the willingness to learn)..
  • Adequate programming background.
  • Self sufficient, with a focus on delivery.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Background in MatLab or Octave.
  • Knowledge of R programming language.
  • Familiar with fuctional programming.
  • Experience in travel applications.
  • Work experience is highly encouraged (especially experiencing in University level mathematical or statistical classes).
Supervisor Outbound Call
Tanggung Jawab
  • Mencapai target sales dengan melakukan pendekatan layanan ke pelanggan secara langsung
  • Monitoring, melatih dan memotivasi team untuk mencapai target sales dan performance staff
  • Membuat rencana kerja untuk team outbound dan standar kerja untuk staff outbound
  • Mengembangkan dan menerapkan target outbound call sehingga tercapai service excellent dan peningkatan penjualan. Target diterapkan dalam harian, mingguan, dan bulanan.
  • Membuat dan mengembangkan data yang akurat, termasuk dan tidak terbatas pada productivitas staff, efektifitas project sales, dan evaluasi kinerja dari aktifitas outbound. Membuat laporan dan melakukan analisa data.
  • Membuat script outbound call yang efektif dan membuat target segmentasi customer
  • Menjaga seluruh data customer aman dan melakukan monitoring terhadap staff agar dapat dicegah penyalahgunaan data customer oleh karyawan
  • Aktif bereaksi secara produktif untuk menangani tugas-tugas penting yang diberikan.
Kualifikasi
  • Pria/Wanita, Usia Maksimal 35 tahun
  • Pendidikan D3 dari segala jurusan
  • 2 tahun menangani Call Center Team (outbound call)
  • Memahami Contact Center System
  • Memahami CRM (Outbound Database)
  • Menguasai Miscrosoft Word & Excel
Reporting & Analisa data
  • Memiliki pengetahuan tentang direct sales dan pengalaman dalam penjualan & service
  • Mampu membuat script sales & marketing, promosi, service dan membuat sanggahan keberatan customer
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi secara verbal & tertulis
  • Memiliki pengetahuan tentang tehnik motivasi dan berpengalaman dalam membina team
  • Mampu bekerja dengan target, memiliki managemen waktu, dan interpersonal yang kuat
  • Memiliki keterampilan dalam memberikan layanan pelanggan
