1. Tender Administration Support

Responsibilities :
• Developing and issuing operational guidelines and documentation to support management of complex tenders, ensuring all key internal stakeholders are briefed on tender requirements.
• Coordinating and managing tender activities across the business; issuing tender notification packages and ensuring required documentation is returned from internal stakeholders within specified deadlines.
• Managing production of tender documentation, reviewing to ensure a high level of accuracy and completion prior to timely submission.
• Driving tender to successful closure, consistently delivering high impact solutions to maximise long term profitability of the contract.
• Monitoring the Tender Co-ordinators performance, coaching and providing constructive feedback whilst identifying employee training needs.
• Supporting the Sales Manager to identify new business opportunities, maximising opportunity to win tender bids through the open procurement process.
• Having deep understand tender process in government institution, BUMN and private company.
• Deep knowledge ini HSE/K3L

Qualification :
• Male, 30 – 40 years old.
• Minimum Bachelor Degree from Petroleum Engineer from reputable University (preferable form Institute Technology Bandung) with GPA minimal 3.00.
• Experiences min 3 years in the same position.
• Experience of working on complex deals and the tender process.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Highly motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
• Commercial awareness of tendering processes with a sound understanding of business development.
• Good attention to detail with high importance placed on accuracy.
• Extensive negotiation, influencing and decision making skills.
• Able to prioritize and work well under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to multi task, working on several projects at any one time.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication.

2. Sales Engineer

Responsibilities :
1. Searching for new clients who could benefit from your product.
2. Establishing new and maintaining existing relationship with customer.
3. Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions.
4. Meeting Reguler sales target.
5. Recording and maintaining client contract data.
6. Making technical presentation and demonstrating how a product meet client needs.
7. Solving cient problems.

Qualification :
1. Male / Female.
2. Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Engineering (prefered in Electrical/ Petroleum/ Geological) from reputable University with GPA minimal 3.00
3. Experience minimal 3 years in similar position.
4. Deep knowledge and have selling experience on Boiler System and mechanism in Oil and Gas Industry.
4. Good knowledge in product presentation based on client applications/needs.
5. Having experience in monitor and feed back market trends.
6. Having capability to communicate in English (oral and written)

3. Finance and Accounting Staff

Qualification :
1. Male with min 23 – 30 years old.
2. Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting from reputable University with GPA minimal 3.00.
3. Experiences min 3 years in the same position.
4. Have certificate of Tax Brevet A&B is a must.
5. Attractive person, dilligent and able to work with multi task and under pressure.
6. Good knowledge in Taxes.
7. Have knowledge handle in Banking and Finance payment such as Giro, Billing Payment, etc.
8. Having capability to communicate in English (oral and written)

4. Secretary/Group Assistant

Responsibilities :
1. Manage all BODs and Divisions task management and arrangement.
2. Setup BODs and Divisions travel and accomodation arrangement.
3. Managing Directors and Divisions day to day activities (calendar).
4. Setup and coordinate meetings dan conferences.
5. Create, transcribe, and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.
6. Handle documents all administratives matter related to business.

Qualification :
1. Female with max 30 years old.
2. Minimum Bachelor Degree from any major from reputable University prefer from, TARAKANITA and SAINT MARY with GPA minimal 3.00.
3. Having experiences as Secretary or Personnel Assistant to Director or Group Assistant for at least 3-5 years.
4. Height min : 165 cm and good looking.
5. Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication.
6. Able to handling Visa / Passport and Itinerary for overseas travel.
7. Able to operate computer skills
8. Mature, honest, energetic, confident, hard working an creative.
9. Good communication skills with all levels.
10. Able to work fast & effectively

5. IT Support Officer

Qualification :
1. Maximum age 30 years old.
2. Minimum Bachelor Degree major in IT, IS or Computer Science from reputable University with GPA minimal 3.00.
3. 1-3 years of experiences as an IT Support/Helpdesk/ Programmer.
4. Understand Windows, Linux, Server and its troubleshooting.
5. Having knowledge and experience in making application with VB.net, dot.net, or PHP.
6. Good Team Player.
7. Honest, energetic, confident and creative.
8. Good communication skills with all levels.
9. Able to work fast & effectively and get ready for everytime needed.

6. Frontliner

Qualification :
1. Female, age maximum 30 years old.
2. Candidate must possess at least Diploma (D3), prefer from Tarakanita or Saint Mary.
3. Good communication skills and good in English, both verbal and written is a must.
4. Attention to detail, meticulous, and systematic person.
5. Honest, energetic, high motivated, hard worker and customer service oriented.
6. Computer literate is a must.
7. Good communication skills with all levels.

Responsibilities :
1. Answering telephone, direct, screen calls, taking and relaying messages.
2. Providing information to callers, greeting persons entering organization and directing individuals to correct destination.
3. Ensuring knowledge of personnel whereabouts and maintaining exact and complete sign-out/sign-in for consumers and on-site staff.
4. Dealing with queries or requests from customers and public.
5. Providing general clerical and administrative support to all levels of professionals.
6. Preparing letters and documents, receiving and sorting out email and deliveries.
7. Ensuring that common areas in office premises are equipped with required office as appropriate.
8. Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office.
9. Coordinating the maintenance and repair of office equipment.

7. Legal Staff

Responsibilities :
1. Ensure the protection of the Companys reputation and interest.
2. Ensure communication and coordination with other on Legal matter.
3. Share legal knowledge with internal clients in order to create legal awareness inside the company.
4. Anticipate new acts and regulations within the area of responsibility.
5. Manage legal paper and documentation filing.
6. Company contract, implement legal due diligence, giving legal opinion.
7. Having deep understand tender process in government institution, BUMN and private company.
8. Deep knowledge ini HSE/K3L.

Qualification :
1. Male/Female, age 30-40 years old.
2. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree from Law from reputable University with minimum GPA 3,00/4. Master of Laws Degree or equivalent will be an added value (but not required).
3. Good interpersonal skill as well as written and oral communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
4. Experienced in handling general Corporate and Commercial transactions as well as managing litigations.
5. At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field (oil & gas) is required for this position.
6. Good knowledge in oil & gas law, corporate and contract drafting.
7. Good managerial, organizational skill and a team player.
8. Willing to work long hours, under pressure and very tight deadline.

8. HRD Staff

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for end to end recruitment until induction about company.
2. To ensure that process and procedure run smooth and well within internal company.
3. Responsible for performance appraisal and evaluation.
4. Responsible for payroll and coordinate with finance department.
5. Manage HRD administration and document filing.

Qualification :
1. Male/Female, age 30-40 years old.
2. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree from Psychology from reputable University with minimum GPA 3,00/4.
