Engineer Superintendent
Jakarta Raya

Requirements:
- Male max. 40 years.
- Candidate must possess at least a Minimum ATT 3
- Experience at least 2 years in same position.
- Will be place at Head Office (Jakarta Office)

Responsibilities:
- Coordinates repair and maintenance functions furnished operating fleet
- Prepares recommendations for work, and initiates procurement of materials.
- Inspects machinery, equipment, or spaces outlined in work request, draws up job specifications, and obtains bids from contractors or shipyards to perform repairs.
- Maintains contact with contractors to ensure completion of work at minimum cost.

Chartering (Sales) Manager
Jakarta Raya

Requirements:
- Male/Female, max. 40 years.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in All major from reputable University
- Experience at least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field (managerial position) is mandatory for this position.
- 1 Full-Time position(s) available.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and implement business develoment and sales strategy to achieve company strategy
- Managing commercial team performance to achieve optimum productivity trough
o Ensuring all process required by commercial team are alligned
o Conduct coaching for performance to improve commercial team member performance
o Monitoring budget
o Working together with HR to improve team member engagement
- Managing customer relationship management

Required skill(s):
1. Proven track in business to business sales,
2. PTK007 Migas,
3. Charter party (TC, Voyage charter), Tender oil and Gas

Requirements:
- Male/Female, max. 40 years.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree in any discipline from reputable university.
- Experience at least 2 years in same position.

Responsibilities:
- Managing customer relationship.
- Able to carry out procurement tendering process of goods or services.
- Analyze contract related with supplier.
- Able to develop strategies and inventory policies.
- Able to planning or making strategy of renewal vessel certificate process.
- Able to negotiate and give solutions to external parties in terms of permits and certificates of vessel or cargo.
- Managing best strategy for the vessel, cargo and crew.
