Husky-CNOOC Madura Limited explores and exploits oil and gas in Block Madura Strait in Indonesia. The company owns and operates Madura Strait production sharing contract. Husky-CNOOC Madura Limited was formerly known as Husky Oil (Madura) Ltd. and changed its name to Husky-CNOOC Madura Limited in January, 2011. The company was founded in 1982 and is based in Jakarta, Indonesia. Husky-CNOOC Madura Limited is a former subsidiary of CNOOC Ltd. and Husky Energy Inc.

Husky is continuing to advance its shallow water gas projects in the Madura Strait offshore Indonesia. These include the MDA, MBH and BD fields.

Husky holds a 40 percent interest in these fields, which are expected to produce natural gas and associated liquids. The fields are being developed in partnership with CNOOC Limited (as the operator) and an affiliate of Samudra Energy Ltd., an Indonesian company.

Five natural gas discoveries in the Madura Strait are being evaluated for commercial development.
SUPV. FPU CONSTRUCTION

Responsibilities:
To lead project construction activities related to the FPU’s connection between facilities and/or to buyer to ensure the activities run safe and in accordance with respective planning.

Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Petroleum Engineering or another related engineering background.
• 10 years of experience in relevant field, particularly FPU project and construction management in Oil and Gas Industry.
• Has knowledge in Oil and Gas FPU construction.
• Self-motivated, good interpersonal skill, dynamic team player, integrity, initiative, ability to work under pressure; smart/hard worker; sense of responsibility and HSE concern.
• Has held a supervisory/structural role.
• Good verbal and written English communication.

COORDINATOR PRODUCTION SET-UP & PLANNING

Responsibilities:
• To prepare future production system in all fields by designing business processes in operation, maintenance, and HSE.
• Prepare commissioning and start-up procedures, service contracts and goods (spare parts, tools, equipment, etc) required for Operation.
• Developing standard operating procedures and support the development of the fields from a production perspective, in line with company and regulatory requirements, to ensure alignment between field development and production processes and optimize the efficiency of production (start-up) include in reviewing design of Wellhead Platform & FPU on the production side view.
• Deeply involved in the Hazid, Hazop, Fera, Gas Dispersion Analysis, QRA, PDMS Review, Safety & Equipment Lay-out, and other required design and assessment.

Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Petroleum / Electrical / Mechanical / Chemical / Physics Engineering or other related Engineering disciplines.
• 10 years of experience in production function (Offshore) in Oil and Gas industry, with 7 years of experience working in Offshore.
• Proficient knowledge & experience in technical Oil and Gas.
• Has held a supervisory/structural role for minimum 7 years.
• Good verbal and written English communication.

SR. OFFICER SECURITY

Responsibilities:
Assist Head of Security HCML by implementing and reporting the implementation of strategy, policy and activities related to Security Service activities and processes in Jakarta Office (for all HCML physical assets, personnel, materials or documentations) to support its operation.

Requirements:
• Minimum bachelor degree from any related disciplines and qualifications, military or law enforcement background is also welcomed.
• Minimum 6 years in Security Service for Military or Police, preferably having experience in Oil and Gas Industry with gradually increasing responsibilities in managing functions.
• Has good knowledge in Security Risk Assessment, teamwork, good interpersonal and communication Skill.
• Self-motivated, good interpersonal skill, dynamic team player, high integrity, high initiative, ability to work under pressure; smart/hard worker; has sense of responsibility and HSE concern.
• Good verbal and written English communication.

SUPV. HSE

Responsibilities:
Implement safety procedures on HCML daily activities to ensure all activities in Shore-base are conducted in compliance to the safety policies, guidelines, and procedures. Conduct socialization on HSE Policy and Procedures at Shore-base to ensure safety awareness across the Company. Plan, monitor, and coordinate the regular Shore-base HSE coordination meetings and inspection to support compliance of all HCML daily operational activities to HSE policies, guidelines, and procedures. Conduct incident investigation, follow-up and tracking of incidents involving HCML personnel including fatalities, injuries, fires, explosions, property damage, spills, near misses and vehicle incidents and ensures that a follow-up of the validated corrective actions is implemented. Conduct Site Emergency Response Plans exercises/drills to ensure the validity of the plans and evaluate emergency exercises/drills; observe and propose any remedial and recommendations to improve the emergency preparedness. Perform other related duties or assignments as directed

Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Petroleum, Mechanical, Physics, Environment Engineering, Occupational Health or any other related engineering disciplines.
• 4 years experience in HSE function and Shore-base activities in Oil and Gas industry.
• Proficient knowledge & experience in technical Oil and Gas.
• Good verbal and written English communication.

OPERATOR PRODUCTION

Responsibilities:
• Involve in preparation of pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up during project stage related with production operation or metering system.
• Perform day-to-day operation in BD WHP/GMS during operation stage, act as operator, troubleshoot production operation problem, implementation of HCML HSEMS, assist lifting operation, housekeeping and reporting.

Requirements:
• Technical Senior High School (STM) with Electronic / Instrumentation / Mechanical major or Polytechnics (D3) with Chemical / Mechanical / Electronic / Instrumentation major is preferable with 7 years (5 years for Diploma) working experience with production well, gas processing system and metering system in Oil & Gas Industry.
• Has experience in Gas Field
• Has good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Has good verbal and written English communication.

TECHNICIAN (ELECTRICAL)

Responsibilities:
• Involve in preparation of pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up during project stage related with electrical equipment.
• Perform day-to-day operation in BD WHP / GMS during operation stage, act as operator, implement preventive maintenance activities, troubleshoot electrical problem, implementation of HCML HSEMS, lead maintenance, assist lifting operation, housekeeping and reporting.

Requirements:
• Technical Senior High School (STM) with Electrical major or Polytechnics (D3) with Electrical major is preferable with 7 years (5 years for Diploma) working experience with various electrical equipment in offshore platform such as Transformer, Motor, Power Distribution (LBS, Breaker, Switch, etc.), HVAC, Fire and Gas System in Oil & Gas Industry.
• Has good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Has good verbal and written English communication.

TECHNICIAN (MECHANICAL)

Responsibilities:
• Involve in preparation of pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up during project stage related with mechanical equipment.
• Perform day-to-day operation in BD WHP / GMS during operation stage, act as operator, implement preventive maintenance activities, troubleshoot mechanical problem, implementation of HCML HSEMS, lead maintenance, assist lifting operation, housekeeping and reporting.

Requirements:
• Technical Senior High School (STM) with Mechanical major or Polytechnics (D3) with Mechanical major is preferable with 7 years (5 years for Diploma) working experience with handling various mechanical / rotary equipment such as Pedestral Crane, Pumps, Emergency Genset, HVAC, Filter, Air Compressor and Emergency Genset in Oil & Gas Industry.
• Has good Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Has good verbal and written English communication.

TECHNICIAN (INSTRUMENT)

Responsibilities:
• Involve in preparation of pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up during project stage related with instrument equipment or control system and production operation.
• Perform day-to-day operation in BD WHP / GMS during operation stage, act as operator, implement preventive maintenance activities, troubleshoot instrument / control system problem, implementation of HCML HSEMS, lead maintenance, assist lifting operation, housekeeping and reporting.

Requirements:
• Technical Senior High School (STM) with Eelctronic / Instrumentation / Control major or Polytechnics (D3) with Electronic / Instrumentation / Control major is preferable with 7 years (5 years for Diploma) working experience with production operation or maintenance, handling various instrumentation & control equipment such as PLC / DCS, PCS, SIS, HIPPA, WHCP, hydraulic & pneumatic system, flowmeter (orifice, turbine meter, MPFM), SIL system in Oil & Gas Industry.
• Has good Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Has good verbal and written English communication.
