Business Assurance Head of Division

Responsibilities :

  • Developing and implementing the assurance & audit strategy & plan and delivering an efficient and effective business assurance and audit service;
  • Creating, developing and implementing assurance and audit policies and procedures for the review of major change programmes and projects;
  • Conducting an effective annual risk assessment to determine assurance and audit needs and prioritise those areas for review;
  • Setting annual objectives and planning and delivering the annual work programme for the business assurance and audit team;
  • Developing and implementing analytical, strategic and technical capacity and capability to deliver the assurance and audit function;
  • Effectively leading and managing the staff - managing the personal development of staff and ensuring the professional standards and key performance targets are met;
  • Overseeing assurance and audit activities within the portfolios areas of responsibility;
  • As a Quality Management Representative (QMR) his function is a cross-functional role involving Administrative, Project Management / Operations, and Business Development tasks.
  • Assigned tasks relating to the creation, audit / evaluation, revision, reporting and maintenance of the Company's ISO 9001:2008 - certified Quality Management System, including its procedures, policies, forms and other related systems and documents.
  • Monitor the Key Performance Measures (KPM's) of the Company's operations;
  • Act as the liaison with the Certifying Body on matters relating to the quality system;
  • Manage Quality Management System audit with in-house Internal Quality Auditors to verify that all activities are performed against the established or documented standard procedures.
  • Monitor all identified non-compliances in the quality management system and evaluates effectiveness of the preventive and corrective action
Requirements :
  • Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of modern internal assurance and audit concepts, standards and procedures;
  • Experience in creating, developing and implementing audit strategies, policies and procedures;
  • A proven record of achievement in effectively managing business assurance, internal audit functions and QMR;
  • Understanding ISO 9001, 14001, and OHSAS 18001:2007;
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team;
  • Having leadership skill, strategic thinking, and hardworking
  • Bachelor's Degree, any field

CONTACT CENTER COORDINATOR

Responsibilities :

Main Duties :
  • Assisting Officer Contact Centre in performing duties
  • Coordinate any records that made ​​Agent Contact Centre
  • Making daily, weekly and monthly
  • Responsible for oversight of SOPs Contact Centre by Officer Contact Centre
  • Coordinate with other work units in every dept , especially in the latest information updates
  • Creating a monthly report

Details of Main Duties :
  • Assist officers in a telephone Contact Centre handling and order-taking
  • Serving Customer that require special handling , for example : request Pick Up SS / Customer Hard Complaint
  • To coordinate with the Ministry / Division with respect to the specific request of the Customer
  • To monitor the course of the performance of the officer Contact Center
  • Record the number of pick - ups to individual orders per day
  • Noting the number of reports per person per day Missed pick-ups
  • Take note of the number and details of the POD request submitted to the Tracer every day
  • Checking and ticketing in the create filter by Contact Center Agent and do distribusy ticket to tracher and claim service
  • Forward the ticket to the ticket outbount the data related to incomplete follow-up for at
  • Recorded the number and details submitted to Customer Inquiry backline every day
  • Create reports total pick up orders at the end of the week and the end of the month
  • Create reports a total of missed pick-ups at the end of the week and the end of the month
  • POD record every incoming request based Daily Report dated H = 0 , Report Weekly & Monthly Report
  • Contact Centre reminds officers that do not run properly SOP
  • Make notes or reports for any violation of the SOP in the Contact Center
  • Coordinate with Despatch part , corporate sales , retail sales associated with the process of handling the pick up and shipment
  • Delivering update information phone number / mobile phone Internal JNE
  • Convey important information relating to the JNE / specific information in anticipation of customer inquiries
  • Collecting incoming telephone aktivity reports received by the Contact Centre personnel
  • Make the required reports promptly update the appropriate assignment given by the Supervisor / Manager
  • Back up tasks that need Contact Center according to the assignment of Supervisor / Manager
  • Making phone reports out of every department
  • Held a coordination meeting with the staff below or with other parts under the coordination of the Jr. Supervisor / Supervisor
Requirements :
  • Minimum D3/S1 degree
  • Maximum age 35 years old
  • Minimum 1 year experience as a TL / 2 years as a Coordinator or Agent
  • Dynamic, Energyc, Tidy, Polite, Humble
  • English or other foreign language is a must
  • Good interpersonal & communications skills
  • Willing to follow shifting working hour including but not limited for Religion Holiday
