We are looking to expand our machinery and engineering business in the area of road building machinery, asphalt maxing plants and related services in South East Asia. Hence we are looking for an experienced :

Regional Sales / Business Manager
Road Building Technologies

Objectives and scope of the position
The Regional Sales / Business Manager must be sales-oriented, familiar with the construction / road building industry, experienced and qualified to lead the business successfully and growth-oriented to the future

Responsibilites :

• Running the business as a sales and service operation responsible for the whole SEA region with profit and loss responsibilites
• Implement and develop the regional organization
• Maintain and develop the dealer / agen network
• Personal support of plant and machine sales through agent network or in direct sales

Qualifications :

• Diploma as Engineer and ideally complemented by an MBA
• Must have experience building and running a sales and service organization related to the building / construction and/or road building industries
• Ability to develop financial plants and manage resources
• Indonesian citizen and expatriate may apply
