Objective of the Position
The Sales Director is responsible for the acquisition of new customers, reporting to President Director, and will be tasked with the important role of growing their customer base and wilt be a key contributor in the culture and success story of Multiflo Pumps.
He/she identifies and contacts potential customers at decision making level, develops and presents solutions, negotiates and closes the deal. He/she is also responsible for developing selling strategy and managing high profile customer relationships.
Tasks and Responsibilities
• Execute OHSE policy and procedures to create zero harm workplace
• Create and execute the vertical go to market and approach
• Identify market trends and development and notice potential business opportunities
• Generating leads and prospects
• Meeting sales targets and building a solid customer base
• Managing the sales process and sales cycle - end to end
• Providing strong customer support Requirements
• Minimum of 5-10 years in a similar role.
• Great sales skills
• In depth knowledge of products and related processes
• Strong result orientation by prioritizing impact against input
• Knowledge. experience and contact in the mining industry
• Self-motivated - able to work independently and drive the sales cycle.
• Organized person, attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, can manage remote and local relationships effectively.
