IT Hardware Sales Executives - Jakarta Raya
1. DIRECT Sales:
- Managing business relationships with existing as well as lead customers.
- Conducting regular research and develop strategies to determine effective product/solution packaging with competitive pricing.
- Searching for new clients who could benefit from IT HW server and storage products and when needed combine with software Solutions.
- Leading all tender initiatives, from inception till closing of the sale, including Costing, pricing and preparation of quotations.
- Leading all sales activities, from requirement analysis, solution presentations to the ensuing sales calls and sales closing activities
- Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
- Liaising and provide leadership to other members of the sales team and other technical experts
- Identify channels such as dealers and VARs (Value Added Resellers) to sell IT-HW server and Storage products
- Negotiate quarterly quota of IT HW sales and related discount schemes
- Manage Channel conflicts
- Develop marketing campaigns to support the identified channels
- Develop the branding of the IT HW server and storage products
- A combined sales and technical background. Familiarity with HW products from HP, SUN, IBM is an advantage.
- At least 5-year experience in HW sales with annual sales volumes of 1 million US$ above
- Familiar with IT-HW server and Storage sales channels to steer dealers and Value Added Resellers.
- Speak and write English well. Knowledge of Mandarin would be a plus.
- Sound judgment, good business sense and negotiation skills.
- Self-propelled in taking initiatives within broadly set guidelines
- Natural ability to build relationships to connect with clients quickly and get the deals closed.
