Product Specialist
  • Providing clinical support & trouble shooting of medical equipment to customers.
  • Assist users to become familiarized with usage of the medical equipment.
  • Conduct training sessions, perform on-site and on-the-job training on the company's products to health professionals in hospitals.
  • Monitor the progress of on-site training activities to ensure training objectives are being achieved.
  • Organize and execute a wide range of on-site training activities and liaise with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Degree in Nursing is preferred.
  • Candidate with nursing background especially in surgical and or ICU is preferred.
  • Good command of English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Young, energetic & committed with good working attitude.
  • Able to work in a fast pace environment with minimum supervision. 
Admin Ops & Warehouse
  • Liaise with customer to follow up customer order closely.
  • Liaise with Sales team closely.
  • Arranging just in time delivery.
  • Issue documentation such as Delivery Order, Return, Invoice,
  • Credit Note and Faktur Pajak.
  • Administration and document filing.
  • Liaising with local distributor.
  • Checking and analyze stock and sales reports.
  • Stock I inventory monitoring.
  • To be posted in Solo Area .
  • Degree holder
  • Male
  • Maximum 30 years old
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel. Word, Outlook)
  • Able to operate SAP Bl stock module is an advantage
  • Fast Learner
  • Proactive, Meticulous, team player and independent
  • Positive and good working attitude
  • Dedicated and res ponsible
  • Good command of English (spoken and written ) is a must
  • Good analytical thinking

Jr. Regulatory Affairs
  • Responsible for all regu latory affairs, regulato ry compliance activities & submission of drug & medical device of the
  • Company and its subsidia ries in the Asean Region .
  • Gain and maintain optimal Asean regulatory approvals in a timely manner and in compl iance with re levant regulations.
  • Review and update information, labels and other documentation as requ ired for regulatory compliance. 
  • Maintain and track the registrat ion sta tus of all marketed products.
  • Provide regulatory inputs and support for marketing plans, product registration and variations to the marketed products. 
  • Maintain strong working relationships and posi tively inform regiona l personnel and the distributor.  
  • You should have a recognized Degree in Pharmacy and be registered .
  • Minimum 2 years relevant working experience.
  • Possess keen interest in regula tory work.
  • Expertise for the regulatory issues preferred.
  • Preferably wi th some understand ing of the Health regulations of countries in the Asean region.
  • Pleasant, positive, meticu lous and independent able to multi-task

  • Bertanggung jawab atas kebenaran pencatatan barang yang dipakai pelanggan
  • Mengantar dan mengambil dokumen Logistic 
  • Pria, Max Usia 35 tahun
  • Bersedia bekerja lembur di luar jam kantor dan hari kerja terkait kebutuhan pengantaran alat medik yang bersifat mendesak.
