Business Development Manager - Healthcare - Jakarta
Responsibilities :
- Delivering financial and non-financial targets for designated area and customers (profit and loss management, price increases, safety, product quality, customer service KPI’s, credit management and DSO, asset management, etc.)
- Execution and delivery of local business strategy in gaining Hospital accounts
- Provide leadership and management for the business at designated area in term of sales figure analysis, monthly sales progress, marketing, local product management, hospital upgrading, system maintenances, training and operations
- Make operational suggestion(e.g. local product line and pricing) to ensure profitability and cost effectiveness, yet with compliance to safety, quality, company and regulatory requirement
- Provides leadership in term of ensuring customer satisfaction and provision of efficient and cost effective customer services
- Conduct demo, presentation or training for customer to better understand our PSO and also provide appropriate safety and user trainings in collaboration with relevant parties
- Report of key business qualitative and quantitative performance indicators across relevant departments and management levels
- Develop in-depth understanding of the existing condition and trend of local market place, value chain, regulation, individual customers, customer segments and competitors within the market sector
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate account records of all customers
- Participating actively in Medical Engineering leads and bids–provide market intelligence, in Coordination between Project Contractors at site with MES Team, attending site meetings and active participation in making sure timely execution of projects, follow up on timely of progress payment for jobs executed
- Complete IMSS, Involve in Incident Reporting (Synergy) when necessary or required
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree, preferably in Marketing, Science or Engineering
- Have a medical sale e.g. selling medical devices, equipment or pharma background or worked in hospital experience
- Strategy development and implement experiences
- Enough Marketing Exposure/Experience
- Ideally have experience in at least two of the following: Sales, Operations, CSC, Marketing, Engineering
- Knowledge in SAP application and six-sigma
- Having influencing skills and negotiation skills
- Having Inter Personal Communication Skills
- Ability to conduct a training and as a facilitator
Sales Engineer - Merchant & Package Gases - Jakarta
Responsibility :
- Accountable for the day to day sales of Merchant & Package Gas in the defined markets
- Providing technical assistance to customers on product applications
- Responding to customers inquiries, following up customer orders through to product deliveries
- Developing new markets and existing and potential customers by introducing existing and new products
- The strategic development and execution of sales plans
Requirements :
- Bachelor or Master in Technical/Chemical/Industry Engineering with at least 3 years experience
- Industry Sales experience is essential, strategy development and implementation experience
- Demonstrated success with prior sales and marketing roles
- Commercial acumen and entrepreneurial drive
Self starter, change agent and possesses -strong self discipline and commitment
- Having excellence negotiation and influencing skills
Engineer - Instrument Process Control (IPC) - Jakarta
Responsibilities :
- Rise an EMOC for instrument and control system modification
- Identify and explore opportunities to leverage the technology
- Development of PLC, HMI programs and other requirements in Automation Projects, FAT and SAT
- Interface with IS on operations and controls related issues
- Manage and implement Global IPC team policies
- Shall be able to produce Datasheets, Specifications for Instruments and Automation systems
- To perform technical bid-analysis of Instruments and control system
- Manage relationships with instrument and controls contractors and vendors
- Prepare and submit monthly report to Engineering Manager
Requirements :
- Engineering degree from reputable university majoring in Physics or Electrical
- 3 years experience of relevant experience in automation projects
- Having work experience with an Engineering company is preferably but not essential
- ASU experience is an advantage but not essential
- Communicate fluently both is English and Bahasa is mandatory
- Customer orientated
- Integrity and dependable
- Capable working in a team and collaboration
- Analytical thinking and concern for details
- Mastering in PLC/HMI program (e.q. Wonderware)
- Shall have hands on experience in Instrument sizing calculations using electrical/electronic software tools

Assistant Manager - Instrument Process Control / Process Safety Performance - Jawa Timur
Responsibility :
- Lead all engineers on East Java to achieve company goal
- Maintaining safety KPI for engineer on East Java
- Ensure EMOC developed for every single modification on East Java site
- As interface person to liaise with Gresik Management
- Organize project execution on engineering department so project could be delivered on target quality and timely manner
- Support maintenance and operation during day to day activities
- Support regional team project and application
- Prepare and propose budget for upcoming of a new project
- Prepare and submit monthly report to Engineering Manager
Requirement :
- Engineering degree from reputable university with Mechanical background
- 4 years min. project experience
- Having work experience with an Engineering company is essential.
- Could be liaise with multi discipline engineer
- Air Separation Plant and/or Power Plant experience is an advantage but not essential
- Communicate fluently both is English and Bahasa is mandatory
- Customer orientated
- Integrity and dependable
- Having excellence communication skills
- Capable working in a team and collaboration
- Strong in Mechanical Calculation and Hand on of Machinery
- Analytical thinking and concern for details
- Ability to across multi discipline engineering
