Mechanical, Structural and Piping Engineer
(Site based – 12 months contract)

Requirement:
1. Min. D3 or equivalent industry experience.
2. Min. 10 years experience, preferably with gold plant.
3. A strong commitment to J Resources workplace Health and Safety systems.
4. Well-developed knowledge of structural and mechanical aspect of gold plant and material handling systems. A knowledge of jetty construction also highly regarded.
5. Competency in computer based reporting and communications.
6. Self-motivated, with ability to perform under limited supervision.
7. Good written and spoken English preferred.

Reporting to the Project Engineering Manager/Project Engineer Lead, your tasks shall include:
• Designing of Mechanical, Structural and piping works for Gold Processing plant and associated infrastructure.
• As a counterpart to the Consultant to review, evaluate and confirm that the outcomes of the Consultant meet with the Company requirement and international standard.
• Assure the outcomes from the Consultant are suitable, applicable, economic and efficient to implement.
• Developing and improving mechanical, structure and piping standard specification to be applied as Company standard.
• Developing and improving mechanical, structure and piping implementation method to be applied as Company standard.
• Developing and improving mechanical, structure and piping testing method to be applied as Company standard.
• Observe, identify, review, check and evaluate the problem at mechanical, structural and piping works to solve.
• Prepare the technical report to support any internal or/and external report for government and other purposes.
• Assures system and product quality by designing testing methods; testing finished- product and system capabilities; confirming fabrication, assembly, and installation processes.
• Prepares product reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
• Provides engineering information by answering questions and requests.
• Maintains product and company reputation by complying with government and international regulations.
• Keeps equipment operational by coordinating maintenance and repair services; following manufacturers instructions and established procedures; requesting special services.
• Completes projects by training and guiding technicians.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Earthwork, Geo-tech and Civil Engineer
(Site based – 12 months contract)

Requirement:
1. Min. D3 or equivalent industry experience.
2. Min. 10 years experience, preferably with gold plant.
3. A strong commitment to J Resources workplace Health and Safety systems.
4. Well-developed knowledge of road and bulk earthwork, soil test and foundation of gold plant. A knowledge of dam construction is highly regarded.
5. Competency in computer based reporting and communications.
6. Self-motivated, with ability to perform under limited supervision.
7. Good written and spoken English preferred.
