A branch office was then established in Balikpapan, this facility includes a major re-build capability for upgrading mining equipment and for general maintenance and repairs, the facility also includes a substantial store.

We completely dedicated to serving Diamond, Coal Bed Methane and Blast Hole Drilling, Drill Design and Construction and Equipment Rental, manufacturing of Drill Spares such as FMC Pump Parts, Hydraulic Chuck Parts, Hydraulic Foot Clamps and Eastmen Camera Parts is currently seeking Indonesia’s young professional with high motivation and strong determination for the following position:

Accounting Supervisor (Jakarta)

Responsibilities:

* Responsible for the operation of all accounting systems and records, including, but not limited to, cash receipts, expenditures, investments, purchasing, inventory, assets, payroll
* Assists in the development and maintenance of financial reporting systems to insure integrity of finances based on sound accounting procedures and controls
* Prepares and executes appropriate bank transfers to meet expense and investment requirements and maintain and execute subsidiary records and system entries
* Reviews and authorizes check requests and purchase order invoices and advise of potential over-expenditures or misappropriation
* Reconciles bank accounts and verify the bank balance with the general ledger
* Supervises all month-end and year-end accounting procedures including preparation and entry of journal entries for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll and General Ledger computer

Requirements:

* Male or Female, max 35 years old
* Min 3 years experience in same field
* Bachelor Degree majoring in Accounting
* Have knowledge in Indonesian Taxation
* Have strong knowledge in accounting procedure and reporting
* Have leadership skill
* Able to prepare monthly Financial Reporting, General Ledger, Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Report
* Able to work as team or individually
* Mature, trust worthy and able to adapt to work effectively within a variety of situation and people
* Able to speak English both oral & written
* Have good computer skill (i.e. MS EXCELL, etc)
