As we continue to expand our presence in Asia, we are looking to find an exceptional individual to join our Client Services team. The role of Client Liaison (Jakarta) has been developed to act as a dedicated interface with a large reputable Oil & Gas client in Indonesia. This new role provides an exciting and rare opportunity for a self-starter with outstanding client-facing skills to work within a global company servicing a large domestic client. While the role involves working directly within the client offices, there will also be scope to support other clients.
As a Client Liaison, you will be responsible for building and strengthening positive client relationships through regular interaction with product users. You will act as a first point of contact for client enquiries, problems and requests, and ensure that each is dealt with efficiently and professionally. You will ensure that clients have appropriate access to subscription products, and that their training needs are identified and addressed where necessary. In essence, your direct interaction with clients will maximise utilisation of our products, thus facilitating greater degrees of retention and growth. Your co-ordination with the Wood Mackenzie Sales & Account Management team will be vital in providing a seamless level of dedicated client service.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
This role requires exceptional standards and demonstrated experience in the provision of client services. The successful candidate will be comfortable working autonomously, but also very capable of working remotely as an integral part of a regional team. The role holder will have a commercial focus and excellent organisational skills, as well as advanced IT capability. Fluency in Bahasa Indonesian and English language (oral and written) is essential.
