Communication Superintendent
Job Description:

* Plan, manage and monitoring corporate communication
* Handle and negotiate conflict and communication crisis
* Assist customer translate their needs into company services, maintain their existing to create excellent service
* Media relation
* Study perception of the company

Personal Specifications:

Nationality: Indonesian
Sex: Male or Female
Age range: N/A
Languages: English is a must for both speak and writing French is advantage

Other Requirements:

* Degree in Communication Studies or related field
* Minimum 3 years experiences in Public Relation or Communication Officer, record of experience with International Company.
* Good communication and interpersonal skill
* Keen of participating in a great industrial adventure

SDP (Sustainable Development Program) Superintendent – Temporary (2 persons)
General Requirements:

* More than 4 years experience in mining or oil and gas company
* Science, Engineering or similar degree preferable
* Excellent in English both Written and Communication, French would be an advantage
* Open minded
* Ability in managing a team in different places
* Able to develop good contact with local people
* Availability: ASAP

SDP (Sustainable Development Program) Senior Superintendent - Temporary
General Requirements:

* More than 10 years experience in mining or oil and gas company
* Science, Engineering or similar degree preferable
* Excellent in English both Written and Communication, French would be an advantage
* Open minded
* Operational Manager, able to handle and push all programs according to the budget
* Able to leading team and respect of project schedule
* Orientation, Strategic thinking & influencing, Initiative, and Self Development
* Strategic influencing skills and Sound regulatory knowledge in mining industry
* Availability: ASAP

Personal Specification:
Nationality : Indonesian
Sex : Male
Computer Skills : MS Office suite, Management System, Internet-email System

Others : Good communication and interpersonal skills, well organized, attentive to details, hard working
