Panitia Seleksi (Pansel) Calon Anggota Ombudsman RI mengundang warga negara Indonesia untuk mendaftarkan diri menjadi Calon Anggota Ombudsman RI periode 2010-2015. Sesuai dengan Pasal 19 dan Pasal 20 dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 37 Tahun 2008 tentang Ombudsman Republik Indonesia, dengan syarat sebagai berikut:

  1. Warga Negara Republik Indonesia;
  2. Bertakwa kepada Tuhan yang Maha Esa;
  3. Sehat jasmani dan rohani;
  4. Sarjana hukum atau sarjana bidang lain yang memiliki keahlian dan pengalaman sekurang-kurangnya 15 (lima belas) tahun dalam bidang hukum atau pemerintahan yang menyangkut penyelenggaraan pelayanan publik;
  5. Berusia paling rendah 40 (empat puluh) tahun dan paling tinggi 60 (enam puluh) tahun pada saat mendaftar;
  6. Cakap, jujur, memiliki integritas moral yang tinggi, dan memiliki reputasi yang baik;
  7. Memiliki pengetahuan tentang Ombudsman:
  8. Tidak pernah dijatuhi pidana berdasarkan putusan pengadilan yang telah memperoleh kekuatan hukum tetap karena melakukan tindak pidana yang diancam dengan pidana penjara 5 (lima) tahun atau lebih;
  9. Tidak pernah melakukan perbuatan tercela;
  10. Tidak menjadi pengurus partai politik; dan
  11. Bersedia tidak merangkap menjadi pejabat negara atau penyelenggara negara menurut peraturan perundang-undangan, pengusaha, pengurus atau karyawan badan usaha milik negara atau badan usaha milik daerah, pegawai negeri, pengurus partai politik, atau profesi lainnya seperti dokter, akuntan, advokat, notaris, dan Pejabat Pembuat Akta Tanah.

Pendaftaran Calon Anggota Ombudsman dibuka mulai 19 Juli s.d. 6 Agustus 2010. Surat pengajuan pendaftaran dibuat dan ditandatangani oleh pendaftar, ditujukan kepada Ketua Pansel Calon Anggota Ombudsman RI, dengan alamat Sekretariat Panitia Seleksi di Kementerian Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi, Jl. Jend. Sudirman Kav. 69 Jakarta 12190. Surat pengajuan pendaftaran harus sudah diterima oleh Panitia Seleksi Calon Anggota Ombudsman RI Periode 2010-2015 paling lambat 6 Agustus 2010 pukul 16.30 WIB, yang diantar langsung atau dikirim melalui pos tercatat dengan melengkapi persyaratan sebagai berikut:

  1. Daftar Riwayat Hidup (sesuai format yang dapat diunduh di http://kormonev.menpan.go.id dan http://ombudsman.go.id);
  2. Fotokopi Kartu Tanda Penduduk yang masih berlaku;
  3. Pasfoto terbaru 3 (lembar) ukuran 4 x 6 (berwarna);
  4. Fotokopi ijazah sarjana hukum atau sarjana lain yang telah dilegalisasi oleh perguruan tinggi yang bersangkutan atau oleh Kementerian Pendidikan Nasional dalam hal ijazah dari perguruan tinggi luar negeri;
  5. Surat keterangan asli dari dokter Rumah Sakit Pemerintah, yang terdiri dari keterangan: (a) sehat jasmani dari dokter umum, (b) sehat rohani dari dokter jiwa/psikiater, dan (c) hasil pemeriksaan laboratorium bebas narkoba, yang dikeluarkan dalam 1 (satu) bulan terakhir;
  6. Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian (asli dan masih berlaku);
  7. Surat Keterangan Pengalaman kerja dalam bidang hukum atau pemerintahan yang menyangkut penyelenggaraan Pelayanan Publik;
  8. Surat pernyataan di atas kertas bermaterai Rp 6000,- (enam ribu rupiah), yang memuat pernyataan kesediaan untuk tidak merangkap menjadi: a. pejabat negara atau penyelenggara negara menurut peraturan perundang-undangan, b. pengusaha, c. pengurus atau karyawan badan usaha milik negara atau badan usaha milik daerah, d. pegawai negeri, e. pengurus partai politik, atau f. profesi lainnya seperti dokter, akuntan, advokat, notaris, dan Pejabat Pembuat Akta Tanah.


  • Pansel Calon Anggota Ombudsman RI tidak memungut biaya apapun dalam keseluruhan proses seleksi.
  • Berkas yang tidak lengkap tidak akan diproses.
  • Hati-hati terhadap segala upaya penyalahgunaan yang mengatasnamakan Pansel Calon Anggota Ombudsman RI oleh pihak lain yang tidak bertanggung jawab.
