PT. AEON Credit Service Indonesia is the subsidiary of AEON Credit Service Co., Ltd., a leading multinational finance company in Asian region, which provides financial services including but not limited to consumer finance, credit card, personal loan, insurance, and banking. The parent Company and its subsidiaries listed at respective stock exchange in Japan, Hong Kong, Thailand, and Malaysia. In Indonesia, we have started our operation since 2006, and currently we are providing consumer finance for electronic, home appliance, furniture, music instrument, PC, and mobile phone.
Currently we affiliated with more than 1500 merchants, including Giant, Electronic Solution, Electronic City, BEST Denki, LotteMART, Yamaha Music Dealers, Bhinneka.com and many others. We are expanding the operations both for existing and new businesses, and we would like to welcome leaders and young professionals to join our team to expand the company in following position:

In Indonesia, we are running consumer finance since 2006 and credit card business since August 2013.

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

a. Familiar with consumer finance and credit card processing.
b. Having experience in data analysis, both qualitative and quantitative in banking/financial industry.
c. Experienced in managing and motivating teams.
d. Mastering credit card transaction authorization & Early Detection System Monitoring.
e. Good knowledge in JAVA, SQL I PL,Crystal Report, Oracle 10g, DB2 & MySQL.
f. Having experience in IT project management, IT development, and IT security.
g. Good understanding of Indonesian bank regulations & compliance requirements.
h. Excellent in communication, presentation, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
i. Having experience in handling expatriate formalities and accomodation,
j. Familiar with performance appraisal system and training need analysis,
k. Having strong capability and experience as an internal trainer
l. Good communication skill and customer oriented, m. Must have SIM C & own motorcycle.
