Payroll Officer
Responsibilities :

* To make payroll and pay slips, account transfers report and transfers to each employee
* To make a tax cut into the system and evidence, the Report of Tax (VAT, PPH)
* To process employee's compensation and benefit including: salary, allowances, overtime, discount, bonus, THR, Jamsostek, Tax, Pension, loans, cooperatives, and other allowances
* To administer and archive monthly salary recapitulation, monthly financial report, all transactions related to payroll, taxation, calculation of funds Jamsostek
* To coordinate and administer the entire process of leave and Jamsostek administration

Qualification :

* Bachelor degree from economy, human resources management or related major
* Attention to the details and numbers
* High integrity
* Able to work independently as well as in team
* Willing to work at our head office in Menara Matahari 7th Fl. Jl. Bulevar Palem Raya 7, Lippo Karawaci Tangerang.

Experience :

* Has minimum 2 years working experience in the same role

Knowledge :

* Having knowledge of the personnel and payroll staff
* Good understanding administrative systems and filing
* Having computer skills: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Power Point

Compensation and Benefit Officer
Responsibilities :

* To provide services to employees to answer their benefit questions, resolve problems related to access to or payment of benefits, orient newly eligible employees, and process enrolment forms, changes, and loan requests.
* To maintain employee benefits data in automated human resources information systems.
* To coordinate transfer of data to external vendors, plan providers, auditors, and consultants.
* To negotiates and contracts with benefit plan providers, vendors, auditors, and consultants for services, premiums, and plan administration.
* To prepares and communicates information to employees and former employees about benefit programs, procedures, changes, and government-mandated disclosures.
* To analyzes and evaluates services, coverage, and options available through insurance and investment companies to determine programs best meeting needs of organization
