Currently, we are searching for :

SALES ENGINEER (Jakarta, Sumatera, Surabaya)
Responsibilities:

Prepare steel trusses proposals including design, costing and construction based on Customers needs including design drawings, viability of steel products, other building components and offer packaged innovative building solutions under “one roof”

- Receive customers enquiries right up to issuance of quotation and provision of technical advice and support
- Receive customers enquiries right up to issuance of quotation and provision of technical advice and support
- Provide solutions to customer requirements through selling benefits
- Create and build a close relationship with customers by communicating, interactions and exchange of information

Requirements:
- Min University Degree in (S1) Engineering, Civil / Architecture is preferable
- Min 1 year in Sales position,
- Min 2 year in hangling Building Material company
- Good in communication and negotiation skill, Achievement Oriented, Sales Driven, Customer Focus
- Having network in Building Material is advantage

SPECIFICATION ENGINEER (Jakarta)
Responsibilities:

- Identify, develop strong network, and build close relationship with specifiers (Architects, Structural Engineers, EPC, Contractors, in – house engineer/ planning division and other influencers)
- Identify new project opportunities with existing specifiers and search for new specifiers in the market to identify project needs in the assigned territory/ segment on regular basis
- Work closely with specifiers and technical team to provide product and solutions (design, detailing and engineering support/services) and to specify into projects
- Provide product specifications, recommendations, samples, technical support, pricing and service information on demand.
- Monitor actual vs. Budgeted performance using reporting tools on a monthly basis

Requirements:

- Min University Degree in (S1) Engineering, Civil / Architecture is preferable
- Min 2 years experience in specification selling, technical sales or similar positions
- Min 2 year in manufacturing, building materials or construction industry
- Good in communication and interpersonal skill, Achievement Oriented, Sales Driven, Customer Focus
- Able to work under pressure and possess fighting and winning spirit
- Fluent in English
