The perseon that we seek shall fill out the following position:

Sales Manager, Engine Aftermarket
Responsibilities:

* Manage distributors towards achievement of sales target, increasing product coverage and expanding market share
* Work closely with internal team members to ensure meeting desired customer satisfaction level
* Execute plans for tracking the accomplishment of actions & initiatives
* Prepare and recommend proposals that meet customer’s requirements for engine filtration and bulk filtration systems
* Communicate with distributors and end users on mining market opportunities for Donaldson technology, training & recommendation for improving filtration systems
* Regular contact from joint visits, meeting reviews, newsletters, etc. to build strong ties & collaboration with end users.
* Collaborate with internal team members in developing marketing objectives, training programs and solutions to satisfy customer’s needs
* Participate in regular team group meetings for management updates and to solicit response on work-related issues & concerns

Requirements:

* Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent
* Minimum 3 years field experience in heavy equipment spare parts sales, preferably with exposure to mining segment
* Ability to effectively present ideas & communicate with team members within & outside SEA organization, ability to write routine reports and correspondence and ability to speak confidently & effectively before groups of customers or other Donaldson colleagues.
* Effective written and verbal skills in English Language are mandatory.
* Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Access and MS PowerPoint and the use of mobile technology
* Independent, result-oriented and self-motivated
* Possess good interpersonal and communication skills

CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE

Permanent Position & Contract Position - 06 months
Responsibilities:

* Sales co-ordination, sales order and invoice processing, maintain and monitor order fulfillment
* Performing inter-company business process including issuing PO, import activities, delivery arrangement. Monitors factory commitments ensuring in conformance to the delivery commitment.
* Processing customer’s inquiry, complaint and issues

Requirements:

* Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in any field
* Minimum 2 years experience in service industry with direct contact with customer
* Good in follow up, meticulous, fast learner, logical thinker and independent person
* Effective written and verbal skills in English Language are mandatory.
* Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
* Able to build/improve a strong relationship with customers and provide top class customer service
* Experience with any ERP software; preferably in J.D. Edwards
