A. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

1. KEY ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Job Responsibility :
• Under the supervision of the business development manager, build the joint business plan with account(s). Contribute to the commercial vision by sharing account perspective, risks and opportunities.
• Build, accurately forecasts and achieve the account(s) result: turnover, market share, profit. Plan all growth accordingly.
• Ensure it execution and tracking down and sell out. Suggest plan adaptation when needed. Build a deep customer intelligence and strong network with key stakeholders.
• Create sales plan and the implementation for the program to support sales.

Job Qualification :
• Min. bachelor degree in any field or engineering
• Must have excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skill and superior planning and organization skill
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in fluent English, including flair for presenting information clearly, accurately, persuasively and strong influencing and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with Ms. Office (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Ms. Power Point)
• Fresh graduate are encourage to apply, has min. 2 years experience in the same position will be an advantage

2. MANAGEMENT TRAINEE

Job Responsibility :
• Complete relevant reporting on projects as required for line management.
• Ensures all operating standars comply with company policies
• Responsible for the knowledge development and progressive understanding and expertise.
• Develops a working knowledge and general business applications.
• Perform other duties as assigned; may include special projects.

Job Qualification :
• Min. bachelor degree in any field or engineering
• Proficient with Ms. Office (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Ms. Power Point)

B. ENGINEERING

1. ELECTRICAL DEPARTMENT

a. LEAD/SENIOR ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

Job Responsibility :
• Design the offshore oil & gas production facilities by developing electrical design criteria, specification, & datasheets
• Performing electrical calculations, reviewing and implementing government regulations and industry codes.
• Provide electrical analysis using properly software or manual calculation to supporting project which is on going

Job Qualification :
• Min. bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering (Power System)
• At least 8 years of aplicable experience in the electrical engineering design including green field and brown field modification & construction of offshore oil and gas production facility
• Well verse with ETAP software.

2. PIPING DEPARTMENT

a. LEAD/SENIOR PIPING ENGINEER

Job Responsibility :
• Design the offshore oil & gas production facilities by developing piping layout design concepts, criteria & specification
• Performing layout calculations, mechanical handling and lifting strategy, reviewing and implementing government regulations and industry codes.

Job Qualification :
• Min. bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering
• At least 8 years of aplicable experience in the piping engineering design including green field and brown field modification & construction of offshore oil and gas production facility
• Well verse with CAESAR II software.

3. CIVIL DEPARTMENT

a. LEAD/SENIOR CIVIL ENGINEER

Job Responsibility :
The Lead Civil/Structural Engineer responsibilities include but not limited to :
• Preparation of design and analyze the offshore oil and gas facilities by developing civil/structural design concepts, structural criteria, and specifications
• Having knowledge on designing offshore structure or modification to existing structure which is consider all loadings, including but not limited to wind, wave and seismic loadings during its service
• Performing structural analysis, reviewing and implementing government regulations and industry codes

Job Qualification :
• Min. bachelor degree in Civil Engineering
• At least 8 years of aplicable experience in the strucutral engineering design including green field and brown field modification & construction of offshore & onshore oil and gas production facility
• Well verse with SACS, StaadPro software.

4. PROJECT MANAGEMENT

a. COST ESTIMATOR ENGINEER

Job Responsibility :
• Coordinate with related engineers and related parties in developing the overall cost estimate.
• Identity differences in the estimates and recommend to management the requirement of additional cost optimization studies to achieve the desired accuracy and confidence level.

Job Qualification :
• Min. bachelor degree in Engineering/Sains (Physics/Math) or Accounting
• Fresh graduate are encourage to apply, has min. 1 year experience in the same position will be an advantage
• Proficient with Ms. Office (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Ms. Power Point)

b. PROJECT CONTROL/SCHEDULE ENGINEER

Job Responsibility :
• the Project Control Engineer role shall include but not limited to preparation and monitoring of the Master Project schedule for the contract, identification of the resources and time required to complete the project, sensitivity analysis of the schedule and determination of potential areas of slippage, corrective action recommendations, and progress reporting
• The Project Control Engineer shall also responsible to the development of the overall project schedule.

Job Qualification :
• Min. bachelor degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering
• Have at least 5 years applicable experience in the control of major offshore oil and gas production facility projects
• Must have a detailed knowledge of applicable industry practices and must have the engineer responsible for the project controls/schedule on similiar projects
• Must be experience in the use of Microsoft Project and Primavera Project Planner computer programs applicable to the control of resources and activities on construction projects.

c. SITE MATERIAL/MATERIAL CONTROL

Job Responsibility :
• To ensure that all the materials and services are timely delivered and or performed in accordance with the work time schedule
• Reviewing requests, talking to Vendors and Department officials, examining price, suitability, and availability of items or services, comparing specifications, and reviewing alternatives to requests to fulfill energy, affirmative action, value analysis, or other objectives
• Responsible to expedite internal team; CONTRACTOR’S other disciplines, Vendors / Subcontractors, Sub-vendors / Sub-Subcontractors, Freight Forwarders, Warehouseman, Document Controller and the like.
• Expedite Vendors / Subcontractors for the timely submission of vendor documents, including all final vendor documentation in accordance with approved SDRL, progress reports, inspections and testing.
• Coordinate with the Inspection Coordinator on Inspection visits, with Logistics Coordinator on all shipping arrangements, with Warehousing Manager on Overage, Shortage and Damage Materials, and with Engineering and Construction on all aspects of Engineering and Construction issues.

Job Qualification :
• Min. Bachelor Degree in an Engineering related field or a Construction Management Degree
• Have knowledge of materials purchasing and management and a minimum of ten (5) years of applicable experience in the business of Expediting in oil and gas industry
• Must possess a good knowledge of vendors’ market condition, be able to anticipate and identify potential problems.
• Experienced in the use of computer programs applicable on control and tracking of materials from MTO issuance to receipt at warehouse, including administration and control of overage, shortage and damage materials.

C. ADMINISTRATION DEPARTEMENT

1. ADMINISTRATION

Job Responsibility :
• Filiing and maintain records
• Assist Meetings include Prepare attandance list, progress status, presentation and related documents to be discussed

• Fresh Graduate/Entry level applicants are encourage to apply

• Fast learner, highly motivated with excellent service attitude, and good looking
• “Expert level” skill with Microsoft Office (word, Excel, Power Point, etc)

2. IT DEPARTMENT

a. JUNIOR IT PROGRAMMER

Job Responsibility:
• Analyze, design, develop and testing application based on user needs as company improvements.
• Drafting complete and easy to learn Technical Documentation and Version control.
• Conduct user training for new application or module had deployed.
• Providing application support and maintenance.

Job Qualification :
• Fresh Graduate/Entry level applicants are encourage to apply or experience in developing web application(.Net) minimum 2 years
• Experience in ASP.net MVC, C#, HTML5 , CSS and Javascript
• Experience in Oracle database connection
• Good foundation in Object Oriented Programming
• Experience in SOAP webservice or angular.JS will be advantaged

• Good verbal and written communication skills in the English language
• Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to forge productive working relationships with all personnel
• Personal motivation and self-learning ability
• Ability to cope in a positive and productive manner within a high-pressure environment, while handling a large amount of detail as expected in large Projects with aggressive schedules
• Able to work on own initiative and within a team
