The Ruby Gas Field Development, Sebuku PSC, is part of Pearl Energy longterm domestic gas strategy in Indonesia and plays a vital part in our growth in Southeast Asia. The development will comprise an onshore team in Jakarta as well as drilling and related facilities offshore. Gas will be transported via a 312 km pipeline to a receiving terminal onshore and production is expected to start at the end of 2013.

Security Coordinator

Role Purpuse:
Planning, Implement and execute the Health Security management plan & framework, compliant to BPMIGAS and government regulations as well as Pearl policies, in order to enable the organization to systematically proactively control security, safety, health and environmental risks against acceptable costs and as such contributing to a secure, safe, occupational health and environmental responsible work environment. Coordinate Development of periodic Security Assessment, Provide Security awareness Coaching & Training, Represent the Company to conduct a coordination w/ related authority on Security, Social, community, committee, NGO, External Relations etc.

Role Dimension:
• Assist the HSSE Manager to do a Planning, Coordinate any Security matters, such as Security Risk Assessment, and its implementation, liaise and coordinate w/ any related security authority, internal related pearl organizations to proactively engage, acquire data and take an action plan to a security preventive measure implementation. Coordinate Security services as necessary.
• Functionally will supervise Jakarta office Security and any considered Pearls premises, Security Services providers, ie. Site Operations, warehouse, branch offices.etc.

• Internal: Engineering managers, Project managers, Site managers. Everybody within Pearl that is in charge of people and material from HSE perspectives.
• External: BPMIGAS, MIGAS, Any Security Authority (GOI), Local Government.

Knowledge: University graduate/bachelor degree (S-1), or Diploma D-3, Social, Economic or Engineering or other Technical studies, Preferable Risk management. Security Educations course.
Experiences: D-3 minimum with 7 years experiences in Security management matters in Oil & Gas Exploration and Production company. Soft Security handling experience.
Skills: Training and presentation skills, English communication skills (spoken and written), computer skills, Risk management

Commercial Analyst

Role Purpose:
Develop and provide the economic and commercial analysis and interpretation of data by preparing financial models and preparing presentations to contribute to the development of new businesses through JV partnerships, mergers or acquisitions in line with the vision, mission and strategy of MOG.
 Implement the Business Development policies and the standard processes for economic evaluation of the potential project for exploration, development or abandonment.
 Utilize established evaluation techniques using parameters like NPV, IRR, Cash flows etc. to ensure a standard set of assumptions and basis for evaluation.
 Utilize the on-line databases e.g. IHS, Woodmack, PEEP, and other filter software to search for opportunities.
 Monitor the E & P industry of various countries within defined regions to assess the political, regulatory, legal and economic environment which presents potential business opportunities for MOG.
 Develop economic or financial models in Excel or use more generic models and templates provided in order to analyze potential business development opportunities.
 Search specific countries for specific opportunities that may be offered by Partners or other sources that need to be explored.
 Monitor the E & P industry of various countries within defined regions to assess the political, regulatory, legal and economic environment which presents potential business opportunities for MOG.

Job Title : Senior Geologist

Job Description

Sr. Geologist - Indonesia New Ventures and PSC Support

Role Purpose:
Lead and contribute to regional studies of existing and potential core areas, with a focus on enhancing current acreage positions and identifying new opportunities in support of Indonesia performance contract.

Budgets and Plans
Contribute to annual WP&B for the region (first year of five year plan). Maintain oversight of capital spend (data, reports etc.)

Processes & Procedures
 Contribute to the development and management of the implementation of Mubadala Oil & Gas (MOG) exploration processes for regional studies and organic NBD process.

Technical & Commercial Evaluation
 Implement/amend scope and deliverables of existing core area evaluations. Contribute to, recommend and resource further technical and commercial analysis leading to further core area development.
 Maintain ongoing links with engineering and commercial functions to enable timely screening of proactive and reactive organic opportunities.

New Ventures
 Provide necessary regional structural and geologic framework to correctly identify, assess and recommend new opportunities.
 Contribute to new venture reviews of organic opportunities and when appropriate, acquisition targets.
 Regional fairway reviews and audit, mapping, PI audit, PI generation, risking and ranking.
 Provide the technical core to a multi-disciplinary new ventures evaluation to allow timely and effective new ventures project review (organic and acquisitions).

Minimum 10-15 years experience in the E&P industry (with a significant portion in SE Asia) with particular focus on regional geology and integrated basin analysis.

HR Coordinator - Industrial Relations and Services will be responsible to:

• Ensure that Industrial Relations and Personnel Admin practices are in line with applicable rules and regulations such as: Labor Law, Government regulations, BPMIGAS guidelines and Company Policy.
• Ensure employees and organization awareness and compliance to all rules and regulations.
• Ensure that all employee data base are well updated, reported and available. Improve, Maintain and Monitor the function of the Human Resources Information System.
• Handle Expat Admin, formalities and Immigration.
• Oversee third party contractor’s employees.

All candidates must be fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (oral and written) and possess a strong commitment to safety and environmental awareness.
