Due to our further expansion, we are seeking motivated candidate for position of:

FINANCE & ACCOUNTING ASST.MANAGER (for Project & Property Management)
Qualification:
  • A bachelor’s degree holder in finance or accounting; master’s degree will be an advantage
  • Maximum 40 years old with minimum of 5 years experience in construction project or property industry
  • Possesses hands-on skills in accounting, project planning, financing and budgeting
  • Possesses skills in project administration, project forecasting and monitoring its cash flow
  • Well-versed with Indonesia Tax Regulation and other tax-related statutory requirements Proficient in written and spoken English and computer literate
  • Capable to work with high targets, resourceful, well-organized, and proactive

LEGAL MANAGER (for Project & Property Management)
Qualification:

  • A bachelor’s degree holder in law, business / economic law from reputable university
  • Maximum 45 years old with minimum 7 years of experience in property industry
  • Has experience in court, drafting and reviewing contracts & legal documents, dealing with government institution, and providing legal advisory to internal departments
  • Has advocacy license, strong networking with government institutions and private law firm will be preferable
  • Excellent knowledge of Indonesian law, especially in construction project & land acquisition
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and computer literate
  • Has high work initiative & analytical skills, excellent communication and problem solving skills

SALES & MARKETING MANAGER/SENIOR MANAGER (for Strata Office Building)
Qualification:

  • A bachelor’s degree holder in marketing or business; master’s degree will be an advantage
  • Maximum 40 years old with minimum 7 years of managerial experience in property sales/marketing
  • Possesses hands-on skills in sales, marketing, and branding strategy for strata office buildings
  • Possesses hands-on experience in business development
  • Wide networking within the property / retail industry will be an advantage
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and computer literate
  • Has dynamic personality, open-mind and strong leadership qualities
  • Has excellent negotiation skills, well-organized, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure
