The successful incumbent would be expected to take ownership of the team's performance and development and ensure that their behaviour reflects the values and policies of ANZ Royal by managing staff performance by providing feedback, coaching, guidance & assessing and managing the training needs of the team. Another key responsibility area would be management of Information Systems wherein you would be responsible of collection and analysis of information pertaining to ATMs. At all times you would need to focus on innovation and growth for example site identification, new ATM initiatives and the like.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of ANZ's products, services, processes and policies along with sound understanding of banking systems is essential to the role.
