ATM Support Manager (Jakarta)

Responsibilities:
The job holder will be responsible to lend support to ANZ's ATM network, including the set-up, installation and commissioning of new ATMs (in collaboration with IT dept); maintenance and trouble-shooting to existing ATMs; information management regarding ATMs as well as cash-loading services. In this role, you would need to ensure stable, reliable ATM operations which support customer confidence thus providing accurate, fast & professional service to all ATM enquiries & efficient troubleshooting of issues. ATM Maintenance, EBS task management, placement of ATMs within ANZ network, ATM equipment stock maintenance, efficient retrieval and processing of captured cards constitute to other responsibilities under customer focus. You would be required to manage and control the ATM General Ledger accounts to ensure full balance and reconciliation is accurate and timely and that no values remain uncleared/ outstanding.

The role would require you to co-ordinate with IT department to ensure EBS tasks are appropriately prioritised and delivered and also effectively manage telecommunications for proper maintenance of lease lines or wireless connections. The successful incumbent would be expected to take ownership of the team's performance and development and ensure that their behaviour reflects the values and policies of ANZ Royal by managing staff performance by providing feedback, coaching, guidance & assessing and managing the training needs of the team. Another key responsibility area would be management of Information Systems wherein you would be responsible of collection and analysis of information pertaining to ATMs. At all times you would need to focus on innovation and growth for example site identification, new ATM initiatives and the like.

Requirements:
Strong knowledge of ANZ's products, services, processes and policies along with sound understanding of banking systems is essential to the role. Demonstrated commitment to superior Customer Service & Service Quality delivery and high performance level is essential. You would also be expected to possess excellent problem identification and resolution skills in addition to superior communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence outcomes. Knowledge and aptitude with MS products is mandatory.

Other basic requirements for the role would be proven analytical and decision making ability, capacity to maintain production in a pressured, diverse environment & ability to formulate and execute plans & schedules. Past experience in an EBS or IT environment with well established leadership potential or demonstrated project management experience/ ability would be advantageous. Also favourable would be knowledge of EBS system architecture (hardware and software) and computer literacy with Network and Communications knowledge.

The Clinton FoundationThe Clinton Foundation HIV/AIDS Initiative (CHAI) works with partner governments in more than sixty countries to help bring effective, high-quality HIV treatment and care to people living with HIV worldwide.

CHAI is seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the position of Laboratory Program Officer based in Papua. The Laboratory Program Officer provides high-quality technical support and programmatic assistance to the public health care laboratories to enable greater numbers of patients to access HIV testing and laboratory support for ART treatment and monitoring. The Lab Program Officer will be responsible for assisting clinics and laboratories in implementing improved laboratory systems and referral networks according to policies and guidelines of the Government of Indonesia S/he will assist CHAI and MOH collaborative laboratory programs as needed with assessments, training, system design, problem solving, trouble-shooting and quality monitoring for selected laboratories in Papua and Papua Barat provinces.

Experience in managing laboratories, developing and monitoring the efficiency of referral networks, laboratory best practices, technical knowledge and experience of HIV testing, CD4 counting, screening of opportunistic infections and PCR applications are definitely preferred.

Terms of Reference – Laboratory Program Officer, Papua Post Date: 03 Jul 09

I. Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of MOH guidelines for HIV diagnostic testing
  • Knowledge of DBS, PCR and ART monitoring testing (CD4, viral load etc.)
  • Identify bottlenecks in laboratory systems through comprehensive quantitative and qualitative analysis
  • Work with sites to design solutions that improve lab management, patient flow, information systems, reporting, availability of commodities and quality management
  • Identify opportunities for training and skills reinforcement and facilitate as needed
The Laboratory Program Officer will work with the CHAI Indonesia office lab team and consult the CHAI Regional Laboratory Specialist for all technical issues, and for administration and HR issues, will report to the CHAI Papua Program Director and Indonesia Deputy Country Director. The LPO will be based in Jayapura but will be expected to travel for extended periods of time to additional sites within Papua and Papua Barat.

  • Indonesian citizen with Diploma and 3 to 5 years laboratory management experience is preferred
  • TOT qualification is a plus but not essential.
  • Strong knowledge of laboratory systems, practices, Indonesian MOH guidelines and regulations and international best practice for lab systems and on laboratory related issues.
  • Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills, attention to detail and presentation skills.
  • Used to working in teams and punctual in responding to communications.
  • Innovative and proactive approach to problem solving; should have a systems-building perspective
  • Interest and prior exposure to public health a plus
  • Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, listening, presentation.

  • Proficiency in English; ability to translate materials from English into Bahasa Indonesia and vice versa is a plus

  1. COMPLETION SPECIALIST (CS)
  2. MULTI SERVICES OPERATOR (OPRT)
  3. WIRELINE SLICKLINE & WELL TESTING CHIEF OPERATOR (CO)
  4. PUMP OPERATOR (PO)
  5. FIELD/DESK ENGINEER (FE)
Requirements:
  • Preferable Male (1 - 5) age between 35-50 years old(3) and between 27-35 years old. (1, 2, 4, 5)
  • Having 2-5 years experience as Completion Specialist or Assistant Completions Specialist. (1)
  • Having 3 years including at least 2 years experience as Wireline, or Well Testing, or Work Over or Drilling Operator. Capable to operate Pump Unit, Genset, Accumulator, Power Pack / Engine etc (2)
  • Having 4-6 experience as Wire line OR Well Testing Chief Operator. (3)
  • Having experience in the related department and Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) preferably form Technical (5)
General Requirements:
Willing to travel to remote sites, strong analytical skill, computer literacy is a must, fluent in English both oral and written, familiar with HSE requirements and safe practice of work, competencies in Integrity, Synergy, Commitment, Teamwork & Cooperation, Customer Service Orientation, General Intelligence, Problem Solving, and Achievement Motivation.

Requirements:

  • Having 10 years including at least 5 years experience as service supervisor and strong knowledge in well head, X-mas tree, snubbing equipment, in snubbing / Drilling / Workover operation on kill or live wells, gas or/and oil wells (1)
  • Having 5 years including at least 3 years experience as operator and good practice / knowledge in snubbing or well services or drilling operations, e.g. cement, Squeeze, fishing operations, well killing. (2)
  • Having experience in the related department and Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) preferably form Psychology or Economic (3)
  • Having 3 - 5 years experience and knowledge of hydraulic system, trouble shooting, repair maintenance for snubbing unit /work over (5)
  • Having 2 – 3 years experience as QC Inspector in Construction company, knowledge in Isometric and Structural Drawing, Piping Plan, and having certification of Welding Inspector from authorized institution (4)
