Chief Accounting (Located in Nusa Dua - Bali)
Accor Vacation Club is seeking an experienced Chief Accounting who will perform a key leadership role in the Accounting team. This role directly reports to the Financial Controller – Bali and will work closely with the Regional Director of Finance for Accor Indonesia in meeting financial reporting requirements.


In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Contributing to whole-of-business initiatives
  • Managing core financial accountabilities across the business
  • Ensuring the timely production and accuracy of reporting required by statutory authorities and management users.
  • Providing critical financial information and operational reports to support strategic and operational decision making
  • Manage accounting database, including process for end of the month
To be considered for this role you must have:
S-1 Accounting Degree from local reputable university or overseas accounting/ business degree

Experience:
  • Strong statutory, local business and corporate tax, annual budgeting process
  • 3 - 5 years operational experience in a demanding accounting role
  • Experience working within a busy small finance/accounting team
Technical Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of local accounting standards and IFRS
  • Strong knowledge of local tax laws
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills essential and experience in Great Plains would be desirable
  • Proficient in speaking and writing both English and Bahasa Indonesia

Job Description:
Key responsibilities include:

  • Play and prospect evaluation, generation and recommendations to management.

  • Preparation/ presentation of technical material to the company’s management, partner(s) and government officials.
  • Supervision of all aspects of geology during Exploration/ Appraisal drilling as required.
Qualifications/ Experience:
The following skills, experience and qualifications are required:
  • Minimum 15 years of oil and gas industry experience.
  • MSc or PhD degree in geology or closely related field.
  • Asia/ South East Asia experience essential in particularly for Indonesia.
  • Must be very familiar with all aspects relating to exploration geology, tools and methods, log evaluation and basin modelling including close interface with 2D and 3D seismic.
  • Experience in 2D/3D workstation interpretation and/or PC geological software tools.
  • Understanding of aspects relating to development geology/field development plans a plus.
  • Good knowledge of industry standard geological software.

Qualifications:
1. Educational qualification:

  • Work as part of an integrated Contractor/Client commissioning team during the run up to Mechanical Acceptance of the platform
  • Lead the integrated EPCI / COMPANY / Vendor commissioning teams during pre-commissioning / commissioning and hand over to the Operations Group.
  • Interface with Operations to ensure that the introduction of hydrocarbons and the full operation of the Company topsides is completed in a safe and timely manner such that the Project schedule is maintained.

Key Objectives:

  • Management of Maintenance and Inspection of all offshore mechanical and rotating equipment.   • Knowledge of implementing and maintaining a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) is necessary, and Post holder advises personnel with specific skill sets, within and out of the Operation Department. Post holder actively supports all personnel in the roll of Mentor.
  • Budgetary inputs are a specific part of the Post holder s responsibility and they are accountable for ensuring budgetary targets are met, within the restraints imposed by the Company management system.
  • As part of the Offshore-Onshore support group, Post holder shall actively promote the development of specific, assigned Discipline Engineers to a level of competence and professionalism.
  • To contribute to “Operational Excellence” a business improvement programme aimed at implementing world-class maintenance performance (paradigm shift from time based to condition based maintenance).

Experience:

Java Programmmer (Code: JJP0904JS) (BSDCity, Tangerang)
Responsibilities:

  • Develop Java application in SDLC
  • Interact and collaborate with other team members
  • Creating proper documentation to include design/development plans, Quality Assessment, and testing plans.
Requirements:
  • Willing to work at BSD City, Bumi Serpong Damai, Tangerang
  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering, preferably in Computer Science or related field
  • In-depth knowledge of Java Language and the J2EE Platform
  • Knowledge in design patterns
  • Web-based application Framework (JSP, JSF, Spring Framework)
  • Open source application & tool experience (Eclipse, NetBeans, Ant)
  • Have good knowledge of Application & Web Server (Tomcat, JBoss)
  • Experience integrating solutions into relational databases such as Oracle and MySQL
  • Experience using SVN or CVS would be an advantage
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
