Mining Engineer (Code ME) Balikpapan, Kalimantan Timur

Responsibilities:

  • Undertake short and long term production and financial planning to determine the resources required to operate the pit, manage operating cost within budget, identify key issues and satisfy production goals.
  • Support daily technical aspects of the pit operation such as short and long term planning, blast design, drainage and road design to assist in achieving agreed coal production targets.
  • Undertake environmental rehabilitation and design process as an integral part of both short and long term planning in line with PC’s environmental policy.
  • Prepare Geotechnical/Planning reports and documents to ascertain drainage, geological blasting and environmental issues impacting pit coal production.
  • Conduct investigations into planning accuracy and other projects as requested.
  • Evaluate equipment performance by means of field studies and analyzing production reports.
  • Produce reports of the result for dissemination throughout the Mining Operation Division to enable a common approach and understanding to be gained.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification (S1 degree) in Mining Engineering with minimum 2 years experience in open cut mining operations ideally with exposure to truck and shovel operations.
  • Thorough knowledge of pit production activities and equipment, pit technical and pit maintenance process, procedures and activities.
  • Good knowledge of coal mining terminology.
  • Excellent planning, analytical and organization skill.
  • A very good understanding of MINEX mining software is preferable.
  • Good Interpersonal & communication skill in both bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Possess "Pengawas Operational Pratama" certification from Directorate General of Mining and Energy is preferable.

Internal Auditor (Jakarta)
Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Internal Audits throughout the organization to minimize risk, improve the performance and productivity of the organization’s financial and ensure that the organization complies with all relevant regulations, law and standards.
  • To provide general and comprehensive audit;
  • Drafting audit report, control accuracy of financial records, briefing audit finding to managements and preparing recommendation for corrective action;
  • Support Internal Audit Manager to establish internal audit mission and to prepare monthly audit program.
Requirements:
  • Educational background minimum S1, especially major in Accounting from reputable University;
  • Have at least minimum 2 years experienced in the same field, experience from insurance business industry would have added advantage;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill of both in bahasa Indonesia and English;
  • Age between 30 - 35 years old;

    • Mengusulkan ekspansi wilayah koperasi yang berkaitan dengan pemasaran kredit termasuk meningkatkan tingkat penyerapan yang ada di bawahnya.
  4. Mengelola dan mengkoordinasikan kegiatan operasional dan non operasional sehari-hari yang ada di bawahnya, termasuk kegiatan yang mencakup :
    • Pengecekan terus-menerus agar kondisi dan kecepatan kerja terpelihara sesuai dengan standard operating prosedure (SOP).
    • Memonitor tata cara pelayanan nasabah khususnya untuk nasabah-nasabah utama.
    • Memonitor bidang-bidang yang beresiko tinggi untuk menyakinkan bahwa kekayaan koperasi selalu terjaga dan resiko selalu dapat dihindarkan.
    • Mengambil langkah-langkah penangkalan yang dilakukan untuk mencegah kebobolan dan penyalahgunaan bidang operasional.
  5. Mengawasi efisiensi dan efektifitas operasional sehari-hari dan bilamana perlu mengambil tindakan korektif.
  6. Mengecek terus-menerus apakah kecepatan dan kondisi kerja terpelihara secara standar operating prosedure (SOP).
  7. Mengecek secara terus-menerus apakah prioritas pelayanan kepada nasabah utama senantiasa diberikan dan apakah motifasi kerja yang tinggi senantiasa terpelihara.
  8. Meneliti/menyusun laporan secara periodik baik laporan harian, mingguan, bulanan dan tahunan yang menjadi tanggung jawabnya dan atau secara insidentil sesuai dengan kebutuhan.
  9. Melihat, memilih, mengawasi, menetapkan sasaran, motivasi, memberi penghargaan dan mengevaluasi performasi bawahan langsung.
  10. Meningkatkan prestasi kerja bawahan melalui pendidikan dan pembinaan untuk memenuhi syarat standar pada unit tersebut.

    • Menyelenggarakan kunjungan dalam rangka operasional pada seluruh kantor cabang.
    • Mencari dan mengupayakan pendekatan dengan mitra baru.
    • Melakukan observasi dan menganalisa pasar terhadap rencana ekpansi.
    • Mengusulkan ekspansi wilayah pemasaran termasuk meningkatkan tingkat penyerapan yang ada di bawahnya.
  3. Mengelola dan memonitor tata cara pelayanan nasabah secara kontiniu pada Kantor Cabang.
  4. Mengambil langkah-langkah untuk mencegah kebobolan dan penyalahgunaan bidang operasional.
  5. Mengawasi efisiensi dan efektifitas operasional sehari-hari terhadap peraturan yang telah disampaikan pada seluruh kantor cabang.
  6. Memantau pelaksanaan kerja di Kantor Cabang yang menjadi tanggung jawabnya dan menyakini bahwa efektifitas kerja terpelihara dengan baik.
  7. Mengelola hal-hal yang berhubungan dengan kegiatan operasional koperasi antara lain :
    • Menyusun rencana kerja dan anggaran bidang operasi & marketing.
    • Memonitor pembelian dan pemeliharaan alat-alat kantor yang telah diputuskan oleh Direksi.
    • Memonitor kualitas barang yang dibeli serta mengupayakan alat-alat kantor.

  9. Meningkatkan prestasi kerja Kantor Cabang melalui pendidikan untuk memenuhi syarat standard yang diperlukan.
  10. Melakukan pemantauan secara kontiniu untuk memungkinkan penerapan teknologi baru agar tercipta efisiensi kerja dan merumuskannya kepada Direksi guna mendapatkan persetujuan dalam penerapannya.
