Process Engineer
Job Description:

  • Provide functional and technical support to the field staff as required.

  • Use chemical engineering skills to synthesize new process designs.
  • Develop process flow diagrams heat and material balances piping and instrument drawings and economic estimates of chemical processes from initial concept to final design.
  • Support production targets as required by the company development plan.
  • Support all field operations such that oil production is optimized.
  • Ensure that the necessary Process Engineering input is delivered to project and operational plans.
  • Carry out special projects as assigned.
  • Develop and monitor operating budget for all field departments and suggest recommendations for the same.
Experience:
  • Minimum BSc. in Chemical, Mechanical or Petroleum Engineering
  • More than ten (10) years of Engineering experience in upstream oil field operations and processes in an Oil and Gas company
  • Onshore oil and gas plant experience, plant troubleshooting, process studies, process development.
  • Waste handling e.g. produced water.
  • Oil and Gas processing including oil and gas separation, gas treatment, dewatering and fiscal metering.
  • Optimization of plant performance.
  • Preparation of equipment specifications to meet design requirements.
  • Sizing of process system components.
  • Development of control and safeguarding philosophies and specifications.
  • Preparing scope of work, feasibility studies, bid documents, equipment and system procurement, vendor negotiations and budget planning.
  • Directing, supervising and administering turnkey projects from concept to commissioning.
  • Institute procedures for project management.
  • Supervising a multidisciplinary and multicultural workforce and have a good understanding of best oilfield procedures and practices.
Mechanical Engineer
Job Description :
  • Provide mechanical engineering technical guidance and assurance for Major Projects, including application of client codes and standards.
  • Review and advise on mechanical engineering deliverables from the Engineering Contractor.
  • Work with the Contractor during specification, tender, selection, purchase, installation and commissioning of static and rotating equipment to provide the clients technical integrity assurance and direction.
  • Interface with the existing Operations team and functional experts to capture lessons learnt and ensure operability, maintainability and reliability of mechanical equipment.
  • Integrate the mechanical engineering activity with other project disciplines and delivery areas.
  • Provide support during construction to ensure site technical queries, non-conformances, concession requests are properly resolved. Evaluate requests for deviations or exemptions to the established specifications and standards.
  • Provide leadership in addressing mechanical design issues with considerations of cost, schedule, and quality.
  • Determine risks to delivery and ensure adequate risk mitigation plans are in place.
  • Ensure engineering quality in the discipline and advise on any training requirements.
  • Provide technical input to risk assessments, Management of Change reviews, and project reviews
  • Maintain a working knowledge of all relevant codes, standards, and regulations that pertain to piping and mechanical equipment.
  • Provide mentoring and coaching assistance to develop junior engineers
  • Promote safety and environmental responsibility in all aspects of the design.
Project Engineer
Job Description:
  • Define project plans and development strategies for procurement, contracts, work programs, and budgets.
  • Participate in the bidding process to select contractors.
  • Manage teams to assure that project quality, progress and cost control meet project goals.
  • Help prepare insurance claims.
  • Administrate Change Order Requests.
  • Assist operations team with permits to work and ensure work compliance.
  • Coordinate Marine Logistics and other offshore activities.
  • Keep Project Management team informed of possible risks, exposures and potential deviations to/from contract.
  • Prepare close-out reports.
Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in a related Engineering Discipline
  • 8 years experience in project engineering roles in offshore projects
  • Knowledge and experience in EPCI type contract.
  • Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills
  • Good analytical and decision-making skills, along with good interpersonal skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English.

Owing the size and scope of our projects in Indonesia we are seeking to create a regular full time senior attorney position to manage all legal matters for the company including transactions and compliance matters.

Indonesian National Legal Counsel (Code: NLC)
A Juris Doctor (JD) or Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or Master of Laws (LLM) from an accredited United States or international Law School (or equivalent). Must also be a native Bahasa Indonesia speaker and be fluent in English at a level commensurate with an advanced U.S. professional degree, the successful candidate should have a minimum of five (5) years experience in the International Oil and Gas Exploration and Production Industry (i.e. Upstream Oil and Gas).

The successful candidate must be a fully-qualified practicing attorney with significant business experience and be familiar with the United States Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, the Indonesian Anti-Corruption Laws, and the United Nations Convention Against Corruption. He or she should be familiar with, and have direct experience with negotiating, drafting and implementing all, or most of, the following: Production Sharing Contracts, joint Operating Agreements, Farm-In Agreements, Stock Purchase Agreements, Purchase and Sale Agreements, Drilling Contracts, operations agreements. Must be able to effectively meet deadlines. Familiarity with BPMigas procurement procedures would be helpful. Previous experience working in a Corporate Legal Department would prove valuable. Should also have experience managing and/or working with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff proving the ability to function productively in a team setting.

The successful candidate will possess effective communication, advocacy presentation and multi-disciplinary team working skills. Organizational skills and workload management skills are essential. Must have excellent legal research skills and be facile with all MSOffice programs. A pleasant personality is desirable for contributing to a proper workplace environment.

Position responsibilities
This position will initially be a transition position overlapping with the company s current expatriate Legal Advisor who will be re-assigned as soon as the successful candidate demonstrates the ability to assume full responsibility for carrying out the position.

The successful candidate will work closely with the current expatriate Legal Advisor on all legal matters and will gradually assume responsibility as capabilities are proven. Must learn and be able to apply all of the company s policies and procedures for which the company s Legal Department has responsibility including the company s Foreign Corrupt Practices Act Compliance Policy and its Code of Business Conduct and Ethics. Once the current expatriate Legal Advisor leaves Indonesia it is expected that this position will report directly to the Associate General Counsel for Anadarko Petroleum Corporation s International Legal Group.

The successful candidate will be expected to work and interact with fallow attorneys and with expatriate technical and management personnel as well as all Indonesian national employees of the company, both in Jakarta and based at our headquarters in Houston, Texas. He or she will be asked to participate on applicable committees of industry trade associations. On occasion, international travel may be required.

  • Prepare VAT and Withholding tax returns;

  • Assist the Finance Manager in compilation of internal management reports;
  • Assist the Finance manager in preparation of ad-hoc reports.

We are looking for : Head Of Dynamic Maintenance

Key Responsibilities :

  • To Contribute to operational excellence a business improvement program aimed at implanting world class maintenance performance;
  • Responsible for the safe and efficient offshore operation of the field maintenance and the technical integrity of the facility;
  • To ensure that the maintenance of all equipment and utilities are managed safely and efficiently and with minimal environmental impact in accordance with legislation and the management system;
  • Assist the Onshore Manager in preparation of maintenance budgets;
  • Manage development updating and implementation of Operational and Maintenance procedures and work instruction pertaining to the maintenance group.
Requirements :
  • 15 yrs experience in oil and gas or heavy shipping industry or offshore hydrocarbon production industry environment. Including 5 yrs as a Manager;
  • Minimum 10 yrs experience in the maintenance of associated machinery with hydrocarbon production and offshore production floating facilities in a supervisory/management capacity;
  • Inspirational coach and mentor and someone acknowledged by their Dynamic Section as an expert in their;
  • Significant knowledge of marine, production and engineering and maintenance management to be able to manage all aspects of the Field operation;
  • Have a knowledge CMMS;
  • Bachelor degree in Engineering;
  • Gave a knowledge of the business drivers affecting the hydrocarbons production industry.
