Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:
• Supervise Business Development team
• Identify and analyze "new opportunity" for the Mining sector.
• Develop and maintain prospective client relationships
• Determine the scope of services to be offered to the client (the client value proposition)
• Prepare the blueprint project includes commercial and technical aspect in cooperation with technical team.
• Provide prospect recommendation to management
• Ensure the project preparation process until handover to the operations team run according to a predetermined schedule
• Ensure the process compliance with policies and department procedures.

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree.
• Required skill(s): communication, Presentation.
• Required language(s): English
• At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development in Corporate Banking working with clients from mining companies.

Project Development Manager

Responsibilities:
• Conduct marketing plan
• Scanning internal resources and capabilities
• Propose new SBU Blueprint
• Develop Business plan
• Develop Business process
• Develop org structure
• Create business plan and business model

• Develop business unit organization structure
• Lead execution process

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Engineering (Mining/Mineral) or equivalent.

Account Management Manager

Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain relationships between CK and existing clients
• Monitor the actual achievement of the "blueprint" in order to achieve the company’s budget
• Calculate invoice for the work the company has done to the client.
• Monitor KPI, KRI, process control implementation, and mitigation implementation
• Provide early detection of the issues regarding to the project or the company.
• Provide an overview of the performance outlook for each client.
• Provide recommendations to the BOD, GMs related to problem solving / corporate strategy
• Ensure the process compliance with policies and department procedures

Requirements:
• Graduated from mining or civil engineering
• Having experience in mining industry related at least 7 years especially in coal mining sector
• Having experience in financial and budgeting
• Experience in other sector are welcome but related to mining sector

Treasury Operational Superintendent

Responsibilities:
• Conduct review and approval
• Allocation of funds
• Propose an alternative solution on the discrepancy receipt / expenditure
• Preparing discrepancy reports of revenues and expenditures for submission to the Senior Management
• Review and approval of accounts receivable report which is due to be submitted to the relevant parties and Senior Management for review.
• Review the document completion and suitability of data.
• Conduct approval on allocation of funds and payment instructions to the vendor
• Inform possible delay of payment to the Plant Operation & Asset.
• Inform reschedule payments to vendors.
• Conduct a review of existing business processes

Responsibilities:
• Identify and analyze of coal mining potential market segments
• Develop and maintain prospective client relationships
• Negotiate and successfully contract with counterparties in target markets both for new business and renewals.
• Prepare and review data and supporting documents for new projects
• Ensure the project preparation process until handover to the operations team run according to a predetermined schedule
• Provide process improvement recommendations to superiors
• Develop and maintain SOP
• Prepare and provide prospect project presentation
• Maintain prospect client database
• Provide prospect progress update weekly

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree any field.

Recruitment Specialist – Contract Based

Responsibilities:
• Conduct soft skill interviews for the position -level summary Supervisor, Coordinator, Officer, Non Staff (HO), Green Carriers & Mechanic Trainee, and Internship in all work areas.
• Perform a job offer for the position of Coordinator level , Officer in all work areas and Non Staff ( HO )
• Conduct recruitment in accordance with MPP.
• Conduct recruitment in accordance with the current standard procedures
• Communicate and collaborate with the University in all of Indonesia to support the manpower fulfillment
• Communicating and cooperating with local high school in Indonesia to support the fulfillment of Mechanic Trainee and Operator Trainee
• Preparing Work Agreement for trainee, GDP, and Internship hire.
• Providing candidates shortlists and submit for review by the user department
• Coordinate with relevant departments interview
• Make sure all of the candidates’ data and documents are submitted to the Admin Assistant.
• Facilitate the process of new employees on-boarding.

Finance Coordinator

Responsibilities:
• Create fixed asset number both for new assets and Repair & Maintenance that capitalized to the asset.
• Fixed Assets in moving either displacement in asset class or location based on the documentation received.
• Maintain split components of heavy equipment in asset accounting.
• Keep records of Leased Assets coordinate with Treasury and A/P Department for recordation, both assets and Lease liability
• Run monthly depreciation in SAP system and reconciliation fixed asset sub ledger with SAP trial balance.
• The monthly report CAPEX Actual and Forecast
• Provide fixed assets data for tax purposes
• Reports relating to financial audit and audit report
• Fixed assets data for annual budget
• Doing filing the asset transaction documents
• Prepare necessary fixed assets documents for the purposes of the Audit financial statement and other information needs.
• Giving initiative and innovation to continuously improve the quality of data, financial information, and standard operating procedures

Finance Supervisor – Kalimantan Based

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and cooperate with the relevant parties to prepare a financial plan project (Budget / Forecast / Target) daily, monthly and annual
• Supervise and evaluate expense vs. budget
• Inspect and review the validity of the data and accuracy of supporting documents relating to expenditure transactions company policy and procedures.
• Monitor Project Calculator and Gap Analysis.
• Monitor and analyze the financial performance of operational project (via Project Calculator and Gap Analysis) daily and monthly.
• Plan and prepare a petty cash fund that is required according to the needs of the company’s operations.
• Make payments in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Process all the transactions that occur in the project accurately and on time.
• Review all the journals in accounting transactions documents and General Ledger.
• Prepare project financial statements monthly and annually.

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.

Project Estimator – Mining

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with the Project Assessment preparing a blueprint on a project based on the verification result of data and Mine Planning
• Provide recommendations on production schedule including the type and amount of tools on a new project or an existing project that is on extension or change of plan production or the selling price based on the long-term plan and the level of profit required
• Coordinate with the related parties to identify and calculate the Cost of Sales and Cost of Fund for Blueprint establishment.
• Recommend the selling price on each activity on a project based on profit targets and customer expectations
• Coordination with related parties in filing Blueprint on Investment / Divestment Policy on Internal Procedure for the approval of the Board of Directors and External Procedure for the approval of the Board of Commissioner
• Advise decisions on the financial impact of a project based on the calculation of Profit & Loss, Cash Flow, Balanced Sheet and Project Investment Analysis.
• Recommend methods of controlling the deviations found when performing a risk assessment project.
• Able to coordinate and communicate positively with both internal teams and with customers

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Mining/Mineral), Geology/Geophysics or equivalent.
