Responsibilities :

As Accounting Analyst you will be responsible for all accounting functions in the company, such as handling financial corporate consolidation report, cash flow management, taxation, or accounting systems and procedures.

Requirements :
  • Bachelor degree from Accounting
  • Fresh graduated or experienced max. 2 years work
  • Mastering accounting principles is a must
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill

Responsibilities :

You will be responsible in analyzing the legal aspects of the labor law (in order to be implemented by the company), establish short-term strategic plans and long-term in the field of industrial relations, coordinating and monitoring the execution of Industrial Relations program within the company, in the business groups and with the external parties, and also running development program for IR PIC of Astra Group.

Requirements :
  • Bachelor Degree from Law
  • A team-player, dynamic and possess a strong analytical skill and leadership
  • Familiar with updated Industrial Relations concept and issues
  • Having excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the credibility to interact with many parties from internal, group business and external.
  • An independent person who ables to think strategically and has a strong desire to learn new things
Responsibilities :

You will be responsible to manage HR activities such as employees fulfillment and people development.

Requirements :
  • Bachelor Degree from Psychology
  • Actively involve in organizational activities
  • Having 1 or 2 years experiences will be an advantage
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill
  • Attention to detail
Responsibilities :

Your main responsibility is to monitor and implement the area of Environment, Health, Safety and Social Responsibility (EHS & SR) refer to the standards Astra Green Company and Astra Friendly Company.

Requirements :
  • Bachelor degree from Chemical / Architectural Engineering
  • Fresh graduate or max. 2 years of experience
  • Have a special/highly interest working in Environment, Health, Safety & Social Responsibility (EHS & SR) field
  • Actively involve in organizational activities
  • Good analytical thinking
Requirements :
  • Graduated Diploma Degree from Academical of Secretary with minimum GPA 2,75
  • More than 2 years working experience in the related field; Having Experience as Executive Secretary will be an advantaged
  • Proficient in secretarial duties and excellent administration skills with high accuracy
  • Excellent for both spoken and written English (Speaking fluently or Minimum TOEFL 450; TOEIC 500)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with customer orientation
  • Ability to work independently or under pressure and also a fast learner
