The candidate will look at planning, production order and shipping cycle with a view to changing the current process as it consumes too much resources and focussing only on short term planning. The changes will have a significant impact on the way the company process, plans and manufactures an order.
- Responsible in recruitment process: looking for candidates and conduct psychological test.
- Set up yearly matrix training based on gap skill of Competency Matrix.
- Looking for vendor for In-House or Public Training.
- Preparation and conduct training activities.
- Evaluate training effectiveness.
- To communicate company activities/programs through communication media: newsletter, banner or video.
- Psychology Degree. 1 – 2 years experiences in the same field / position.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Good communicating and leadership.
- Able to work both individual and team. Good command in English will be a plus.
- Willing to stay in Semarang – Central Java.
