Alcan Packaging - Beauty, Techpack Asia, Semarang Indonesia, a world-class producer of plastic packaging for cosmetics and perfumes is looking for qualified candidates for RECRUITMENT & PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT, who will report to both of the Supply Chain Manager & Operation Manager.

The candidate will look at planning, production order and shipping cycle with a view to changing the current process as it consumes too much resources and focussing only on short term planning. The changes will have a significant impact on the way the company process, plans and manufactures an order.

Main Tasks:

Responsible in recruitment process: looking for candidates and conduct psychological test.
Set up yearly matrix training based on gap skill of Competency Matrix.
Looking for vendor for In-House or Public Training.
Preparation and conduct training activities.
Evaluate training effectiveness.
To communicate company activities/programs through communication media: newsletter, banner or video.

Competencies:

Psychology Degree. 1 – 2 years experiences in the same field / position.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Good communicating and leadership.
Able to work both individual and team. Good command in English will be a plus.
Willing to stay in Semarang – Central Java.
