QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Responsibilities:
Managing costs on a wide variety of new building projects and structures
Undertaking costs analysis for repair and maintenance project work
Assisting in establishing a requirements and undertaking feasibility studies
Performing risk and value management and cost control
Advising on procurement strategy
Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities
Identifying, analysing and developing responses to commercial risks
Preparing and analysing costings for tenders
Allocating work to subcontractors
Providing advice on contractual claims
Qualifications:
Male, Maximum 35 years old
Bachelor degree of architectural or civil engineering
Minimum 3 years experiences as quantity surveyor
Good computer literate and its related software
Willing to work in medan, North Sumatera
