1. ROAD MAINTENANCE MANAGER (Code : RM-MANAGER)

Qualification :
• Male, age maximum 40 years old
• Minimum 8 years experience as Road Maintenance Manager in Coal mining
• Bachelor degree from faculty of Mining / Geology / Civil engineering
• Certified POU (Pengawas Operasional Utama) is preferred
• Fluent in English both oral & written
• Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
• Good knowledge about SMK3 procedure / OHSAS 18001:2007
• Compile safety statistic from sites (accident, incident, near miss and lost time injury)
• Good leadership to subordinates with good interpersonal and organizational skills
• Have a second class blasting certificate & POP / POM License would be an advantage
• Mastering mine production operations: Planning, Over Burden & Coal Production,Drilling & Blasting, Fleet Management, Heavy Equipment & Supporting.
• Ability to act in an objective, non-discriminatory and have a decisive nature.
• Dare to take decisions quickly and accurately.
• Good health and able to work under pressure with good result
• Will be based in all over SIS site project

2. ENGINEERING GROUP LEADER (Code : ENGGL)

Qualification :
• Male, age maximum 35 years old
• Bachelor degree in Mining
• Min. 2 - 3 years experience as a mine engineer in the area of mining industry
• Have a POP License would be an advantage
• Proven skills in Mine Scheduling tools utilizing software such as Mindscape and Xpac will be an advantage
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, good analytical and focus on detail
• Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written; and computer literate
• Will be based in all over SIS site project

3. MINE PLANNER (Code : MPL)

Qualification :
• Male, age maximum 35 years old
• Bachelor degree of Mining
• Minimum of 2-4 years experience as Mine Engineer in the area of mining industry
• Proven skills in Mine Scheduling tools utilizing software such as Mindscape and Xpac will be an advantage;
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, good analytical and focus on detail
• Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written; and computer literate.

4. PLANT GROUP LEADER (Code : PLANTGL)

Qualification :
• Male, Max 35 years old
• Min. Senior High School
• 2 - 3 years experience as a group leader in open pit coal mining area and related position
• Have a mechanic experience or background would be an advantage
• Comprehend in Safety, Health, Environment and Quality for SHEQ
• Basic Mechanical Course (BMC) certificated
• Have a strong leadership and communication skill
• Willing to be placed in our site project

5. INSTRUCTOR PLANT (Code :INSPLANT)

Qualification :
• Male Max. 35 years old
• 3 - 5 years experience as a mechanic instructor especially in mining companies
• Training For Trainer (TFT) certificated
• Basic Mechanical Course (BMC) certificated
• Be able to teach (in-class & field practical)
• Be able to work in a team
• Have a strong communication skill
• Willing to be placed in our site project

6. SENIOR MECHANIC HEAVY EQUIPMENT (Code : SRMECH)

Qualification :
• Male Max. 40 years old
• 5 - 8 years experiences as Heavy Equipment Mechanic
• BMC License preferred
• Base in Kalimantan
• Able to work in a team
• Unit that will be handled : Komatsu HD 465 up, PC 1250 up, GD 705 up, CAT 785 up, Liebherr R9250 up, Drill Tech DP 1100
• Comprehend in Safety, Health, Environment and Quality for SHEQ
• Willing to be placed in our site project

7. MECHANIC HEAVY EQUIPMENT (Code : MECH)

Qualification :
• Male, Max. 35 years old
• 2 - 4 years experiences as Heavy Equipment Mechanic
• BMC License preferred
• Base in Kalimantan
• Able to work in a team
• Unit that will be handled : Komatsu HD 465 up, PC 1250 up, GD 705 up, CAT 785 up, Liebherr R9250 up, Drill Tech DP 1100
• Willing to be placed in our site project

8. GROUP LEADER GENERAL AFFAIR (Code : GL - GA)

• Male, Max 35 years old
• Diploma / Bachelor Degree from Electrical Engineering
• (GPA: 2,75 ~ up)
• 2 - 3 years experience as General Affair
• Passive English
• Able to operate computer ( MS Office)
• Physically and mentally fit
• Will be based in all over SIS site project

9. OFFICER RESEARCH OPERATION (Code : OFF - RO)

• Male, Max. 35 years old
• Bachelor Degree from Statistica / Math / Civil / Mechanical / Mining Engineering
• Minimum 1 - 2 years experience as in Coal mining
• (GPA: 2,75 ~ up)
• Passive English
• Able to operate computer ( MS Office)
• Physically and mentally fit
• Will be based in Head Office Jakarta

10. GROUP LEADER PLANT SAFETY (Code : GL - PS)

• Male, Max. 30 years old
• Diploma / Bachelor from Environment / Publik Health / Safety & Health
• (GPA: 2,75 ~ up)
• Min 1 Year Experience in Safety, Health & Environment Field
• Passive English
• Able to operate computer ( MS Office)
• Physically and mentally fit
• Will to be placed in our site project
