PT Kasongan Bumi Kencana, a gold mining company with resources located in Central and South Kalimantan is looking for individuals who are qualified, dynamic and willing to take on progressively more responsibilities as they grow and develop with the Company
; to fill the following positions:

1. Office Facilities Superintendent (Head Office Jakarta)

• Mastering modern office management
• Familiar with filling, paperless and efficiency
• Mastering office program security hardwares, such as access card, finger print, CCTV, services, etc
• Five years experience
• Fluency in English

2. Organization Development Senior Manager (Head Office in Jakarta)

• Minimum 10 years experience in training and development area
• Have knowledge on Organization Development
• Highly experienced in human resource development
• Familiar with management performance and change
• Safety concerns
• Good analytical skill, interpersonal relationships and result-oriented

3. Organization Training and Development Superintendent (Head Office in Jakarta)

• Designing Training and Development
• Conducting Training need Analysis
• Developing Manpower Planning
• Able to develop trade training, electrical, mechanical, staff management, operation training
• Able to develop employees training in the remote area (mine site)

4. Senior Mine Manager (for KTT)

• Minimum 10 years experience in gold and coal mining
• Good knowledge on mine design, mine operation, safety and environment program
• Holder of KTT license is preferable
• Strong integrity and leadership
• Highly responsible

5. Finance Manager (Head Office)

• Minimum 10 years experience
• Highly responsible
• Collating, preparing and interpreting reports, budgets, accounts, commentaries and financial statements;
• Undertaking strategic analysis and assisting strategic planning
• Producing long-term business plans
• Undertaking research into pricing, competitors and factors affecting performance
• Controlling income, cash flow and expenditure
• Managing budgets
• Developing and managing financial systems/models
• Carrying out business modelling and risk assessments
• Supervising staff
• Liaising with managerial staff and other colleagues.

6. Accounting Manager (assigned in mine site)

• Meets accounting financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
• Confirms financial status by monitoring revenue and expenses; coordinating the collection, consolidation, and evaluation of financial data; preparing special reports.
• Maintains accounting controls by establishing a chart of accounts; defining accounting policies and procedures.
• Guides other departments by researching and interpreting accounting policy; applying observations and recommendations to operational issues.
• Maintains financial security by establishing internal controls.
• Avoids legal challenges by understanding current and proposed legislation; enforcing accounting regulations; recommending new procedures.
• Protects organizations value by keeping information confidential.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
• Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

7. Senior Staff for Accounting Finance (Head Office in Jakarta)

• Minimum five years of experience
• Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expense journal entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
• Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions; resolving discrepancies. Key reconciliations include revenue, accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts; preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries.
• Summarizes financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss, and other statements.
• Manages payroll process by checking subordinate data entry daily for errors, scrubbing submissions on payroll processing date, submitting scrubbed data set to Payroll Company.
• Protects organizations value by keeping information confidential.
• Owns special projects as needed, in order to contribute to the intellectual capital and smooth functioning of the company
• Leads department in writing procedure manuals, assists Controller in writing department policies

8. Database administrator (Head Office)

Responsibilities:
• Administer user access and security, controlling access permission and privileges
• Review and maintain database capacity and performance requirements
• Optimize database efficiency
• Administer clustering, mirroring, replication and failover
• Diagnose, test and install upgrades and patches
• Administer Database, tables, views and stored procedures
• Database documentation, including database diagram, data standards, procedures and metadata
• Develop, test and manage back-up and recovery plans
• Administer and audit data storage, cloning, archiving, back-up and recovery procedures

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelors Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Mathematics, Science & Technology or equivalent.
• Main skill set :
o Experience as DBA for Oracle Database and Microsoft SQL Database
o Experience in RMAN backup recovery
o Experience in Database Cloning
o Experience in Linux and Microsoft Windows administration
o Experience with Linux command
o Experiences in SQL tuning, database performance tuning and administration
o PL/SQL Programming
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Professional certificate in Oracle DBA is advantages

9. Grade Control Manager (in site)

• minimum 10 years of experience in gold mine
• mastering gold mine production process
• strong integrity and leadership

Certification:
• Approval of the Control Account Authorization documents.
• Co-approval of the Make / Buy Plan for material used to perform the Control Account scope of work.
• Definition and agreement with the Project Manager on the cost account work scope, schedule and budget.
• Monitoring of all CA activities through the review of work packages.
• Identify potential technical, schedule and cost risks and enter them into the FCS Risk Management Process.
