Corporate Strategy Asst Manager (CEO Office)


* Bachelor degree in finance, management, IT, engineering, mathematics or related field. Master degree and / or overseas graduation is preferred

* Experienced in leading projects and good track record in meeting deadlines and achieving results
* Highly result oriented and good analytical skills

AXA Graduate Leaders Trainee Program


* Bachelor degree from any major. Masters degree and overseas graduate from reputable university with GPA min 3.0 and less than 1 year working experience

* Reccomendation/achievement of certification from universtiy or organizations is advantage

Syariah Supervisor (Code: Product)


* Bachelor degree in management, actuarial or related field
* Having minimum 3 years experience in life insurance.
* Good knowledge in syariah operating principle
* Have a good communication and presentation skill
* Familiar with the development of syariah products

Business Analyst


* Deliver and Support Business Analyst function (collect and analyze users requirements, produce systems requirements and specifications).
* Undertakes system analysis and design of approved applications.
* Liaise with business users on scope, requirements, documentations, and UAT timeframe/schedule.
* Executes information systems task as directed by superior.
* Conduct feasibility studies and design data systems.
* Evaluates the information processing needs of user and recommend an appropriate system approach.
* Participating in local and regional IT Solution Delivery project as required.
* Ensure compliance with Quality Assurance, Information Security, and Audit standard.


* Bachelor degree from any major. Masters degree and overseas graduation from reputable university is advantage.
* Having 4 to 5 years experience in system design and analysis
* Detailed understanding of Information System, System Analysis & Programming, Data Processing Development
* Life Insurance knowledge and business processes
* Good command of English

Project Manager (Code : PM)


* Bachelor degree from any major. Masters degree and overseas graduation from reputable university is advantage.
* Verifiable and successful experience as a project manager for min. 2 years
* Experience in Insurance and financial industry
* Preferably experience with lean six sigma
* Ambitious, highly result oriented, excellent communication & problem solving skills
* Preferably experience with lean six sigma and PMP certifie

Claim Manager


* Monitors all standard & operation guidelines for overall claim functions.
* Develops, establishes & communicates policies, objectives programs & procedures relating to claim activities
* Reviews compliance with established claim handling policies.
* Manages & provides technical as well as general directions to the staff responsible for handling claim administration process.
* Determines base payment by referring to policy coverage and limits, and determines course of action (i.e., payment, further investigation or denial)
* Integrates the claim team to create and maintain an effective work performance.
* Verifies corresponding letters with agents, policyholders, reinsurance, hospitals, doctors, attorneys, and claimants.
* Ensures effective coordination & service with other dept. of the company and provides service to the sales forces as an internal customer.


* Bachelor Degree, experience 6 years in the Claim area·

Sales Trainer (Code : Trainer)


* To deliver and implement of training to and Bank Mandiri front liner or AFI sales force including training for new distribution channel such as Worksite, Mobile, Credit Card Group, Consumer Loan Group, Call Center, Micro Banking etc
* To be responsible to develop and monitor sales performance to ensure the productivity of sales force and also to achieve company sales target
* Together with unit head to ensure key imperative of training dept. will achieve and implement base on company target letter
* Responsible of department budget to effectiveness and efficiency of division budget usage


* Experience in training area, especially for sales in insurance or banking or other financial institution
* Branch development experience is an advantage
* Willing to travel
* Able to work in long working hours environment
* Good presentation & negotiation skills, with strong influence & persuasiveness
* Ready to be stationed at branch office

Underwriting Asst Manager


* Responsible for the underwriting functions for all lines of business issued by the company, develops and implements underwriting policies and procedures, and coordinates related activities between head office and the sales forces.
* Make decision equitable to the Client, deliver able to the agent and profitable to the company
* Ensure the process is appropriate with the quality objective
* Ensure the process is compliance with internal procedure and external law, such as KYC and AML.
* To make a good relationship with Reinsurance company & Provider Underwriting Team
* Development and effectiveness of process and procedure in UW AMFSbudget control


* University degree and having 5 years experience in the Underwriting & Claim area for non medical degree
* Good command of English
* Has completed the AAAIJ certificate
* Sound understanding of insurance coverage policy.
* Detailed understanding of both Actuarial and Finance disciplines.
* Exceptional analytical skills
* Excellent communication and management skill with strong character of leadership
* Managerial Skill

* Able to prepare board paper and presentation

Promotion & Event Assistant Manager (Code P&E)


* Bachelor degree from any major with minimum 5 years working experience in insurance industry especially in contest
* Having the ability in analyzing production data, create promo & event concept, conducting until implementing
* Excellent communication and management skill with strong character of leadership
* Good analytical thinking

Alternate Distribution Relationship SPV (Code: AD)


* Bachelor degree from economics/finance and overseas graduation from reputable university is advantage.
* Minimum 3-4 years experience in banking industry and insurance.
* Preferably female
* Have a good communication and presentation skill
* Have a good in build and maintain relationship
* Good command of English

Legal Supervisor


1. Review all company’s agreement across entities to protect the company interest
2. Provide legal advise on issues for the entire entities to avoid or minimise legal risk
3. Keeping update and inform management for any changes occur in terms of legislation and governance addendum
4. Perform other duties related to legal and compliance risk as required by board of management
5. Provide regular report as required by the AXA Regional Office related to legal issues
6. Dealing with third parties such as lawyers, law firm, etc which related to legal risk


1. Master degree in law background with 4 years exposure in corporate legal particularly in banking and insurance industries
2. Understanding in insurance, banking and corporate law
3. High quality of work and problem solving skills
4. Excellent presentation and communication skills
5. Verbal and written communication skills in English
