SITE HR MANAGER (SHMgr)
Role:

· Ensure all HR processes, objectives, policies and procedures are carried properly, legally and effectively as well as preparing and coordinating HR & related reports
· Assists the Director of Human Resources in executing business strategies
· Works with human resources associates to carry out the daily activities of Human Resource Department, including recruitment, training and development
· Ensure consistent, effective, and impactful implementation of human resources practices
· Actively participate on assigned teams and/or projects, proactively seek to identified and implement of continuous improvement ideas and best practices
· Able to lead team that aligning with overall organization goals and perform periodic performance reviews to determine progress
· Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating and recommending HR policies and procedures

Requirements:

· Minimum Bachelor degree majoring in Psychology / Law / Management Human Resources from reputable university
· Maximum 35 years old
· Minimum of 10 years progressive experience in HR, with at least 5 year in managing HR Professionals, manufacturing preferred.
· Experienced in managing relevant HR projects
· Understands how to strategically partner with key business clients
· Maturity in dealing with complex situations, changes, and requirements and comfortable operating in and making decisions in ambiguous settings
· Good knowledge in some organization development activities is a plus
· Dynamic, energetic, disciplined individuals who have strong integrity and able to cope with high standard work
· Good interpersonal and team player skills – strong customer service oriented
· Excellent problem-solving skills
· Excellent communication in English (spoken and written
· Should be computer literate and have expertise MS Office

RECRUITMENT OFFICER (Rec)
Role:

· Define Job Requirements by studying Organization’s needs.
· Searching applicant sources from various Job Advertisements Media and Professional Organizations.
· Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements
· Manage Applicant Data Bank and Candidates Shortlist
· Ensure all vacancies are filled with the suitable candidates within the targeted time

Requirements:

· Male, max. 30 years old
· Post Graduated / Master Degree in Psychology especially majoring in Industry and Organization Psychology (PIO) from reputable University.
· Familiar with psychological assessment and behavioral interview
· Working experience in the same area min. 3 years, having SRIP is an advantage.
· Showing good interpersonal communication skill in English (spoken and written)
· Having a team work spirit and also able to work independently
· Possess a persistent, industrious, and result oriented
· Able to use computer such as MS Office
· Willingly to be assigned in manufacturing area

ACCOUNTING MANAGER
Role:

· Prepare consolidation report (monthly, quarterly and yearly)
· Prepare budget and variance analysis
· Prepare production cost calculation every monthly or as requested by management
· Coordinate, monitor, manage the duties and responsibilities of a job

Requirements:

· Maximum age 45 years old
· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting/Banking or equivalent
· At least 9-11 years of working experience as Accounting
· Have experience as public accountant
· Have brevet certification (A & B)
· Excellent in PSAK and Audit
· Able to work with ERP oracle system
· Willing to work with flexible working hour
· High integrity, self motivated and result oriented, perseverance and able to work under pressure
· Familiar in creating action plan and report
· Able to identify and solve problems
· Well proven in English (both spoken & written)

SERVICE AREA REPRESENTATIVE
Role:

· Monitor services in every Suzuki official workshop performance periodically
· Evaluate the implementation of Service Quality Standard in every Suzuki official workshop
· Coordinate with internal and external for maintain the operational of Suzuki official workshop

Requirements:

· Male, age around 26-32 years old
· Minimum bachelor degree in Management, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field
· Interested with automotive
· Good in analytical think, negotiation skill, communication skill and leadership skill
· Good in team player as well as in individual player
· Have sense of business
· Well proven in English (both spoken & written) is an advantage
· Have minimum 3 years experience in car or motorcycle after sales would be an advantages
· Willing to work in every position as required to provide organization needs
· Willingly to travel as required to provide service support

TECHNICAL TRAINER AFTER SALES (TTAS)
Role:

· Create training for service employees in all official Suzuki dealer services
· Preparing and supporting the training
· Identifying training needs for organization
· Develop effective induction programs
· Evaluating training programs

Requirements:

· Age max 35 years old
· Minimum bachelor degree in Management, Human Resource Development or Machine Engineering
· Have minimum 1 years experience in automotive company as a Service Trainer
· Have driving licenses (SIM A)
· Able to work using computer especially Microsoft Office and Email
· Well proven in English (both spoken & written) is an advantage
· Able to identify and solve problems
· Excellent in Man Power Plan
· Understand TNA
· Willing to travel

TRAINING DEVELOPMENT
Role:

· Responsible to analysis, design, control and monitor training
· Standarized methodology and module for training
· Create improvement in training to develop employee competencies

Requirements:

· Female/Male, maximum 30 years old
· S1 Psychology, communication or management from reputable university, S2 is a plus
· Have working experience min. 3 years in the same position
· Having knowledge in NLP
· Excellent in people development and training management
· Have teaching ability
· Have an experienced in sales training development will be an advantage
· Excellent in communication skills
· Energetic, independent and able to work under pressure
· Team player, interpersonal and good presentation skill
· Fluent in English both oral & written (TOEFL score min. 550 )
· Have a driving license A
· Willingly to travel

SALES FORCE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
Requirements:

· Age max 27 years old
· Min. Diploma degree
· Fresh graduate are welcome
· High confident
· Target oriented
· Have passion in automotive especially in Sales
· Willing to work in JABODETABEK, Karawang & Cianjur
